Corn Casserole

1 ½ cup milk
¾ cup meal
¾ teaspoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoon butter
3 eggs
1 can cream corn
Scald the milk, add meal until mush. Add baking powder, salt, butter, and mix well. Add corn. Beat egg yolks until foamy, add to mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until brown.
