Mc Kenzie, TNMcKENZIE, Tenn. - Private family graveside services for Debbie Simmons are Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in McKenzie, Tenn. Interment will follow.
Mrs. Simmons, 72, died Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Henry County Medical Center. She was born in Evansville, Indiana to Albert and Phyllis Head Gerhardt.
She was a register nurse and worked for Regional Home Health.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Simmons of McKenzie, two daughters, Ashley (Tim) Beeler of McKenzie, Allison (John) Evans of Arlington, Virginia, a brother, and four grandchildren, Drew Beeler, Carli Beeler, Miles Beeler and Gus Evans.
She is preceded in death by her parents, son, Jason Simmons, brother and granddaughter, Cate Beeler.
