Mc Kenzie, TNHUNTINGDON (June 30) — Carroll County Electric Department Board of Directors held its first meeting under new general manager, Ryan Drewry. It marks the first change in leadership since July 1, 2014, when immediate past manager Danny Brawner was selected to lead the utility.
