McKENZIE (June 19) — Saturday’s Farmers Market was record-breaking with over 360 customers and 16 vendors with a huge variety of homegrown and homemade products. The fresh produce included green and red tomatoes, squash, zucchini, beets, cucumbers, yellow onions, and kale. Fresh free range eggs and antibiotic and chemical-free ground beef, roasts, ribeyes, filet mignons and t-bones were hot items for Father’s Day breakfasts and grilling.
