You will want to be sure to come out for our “Here’s the Beef Festival” featuring our Youth Grilling Workshop and Adult Chili Cookoff, sponsored by our Carroll County 4-H and UT Extension Office. Be sure to register by calling or emailing Amanda Paschall at 731-986-1976, paschall@utk.edu. Prizes will be given to the winner of the Best Overall Chili and Most Creative and Unique Recipe. All children entering the Youth Grill Masters will receive prizes.
