Galey Retires from Bank of Gleason

Posted

McKENZIE (February 28) — Tina Galey was given a fond farewell by co-workers Friday at the McKenzie branch of the Bank of Gleason.

Galey, a branch administrative assistant, retired after 20 years at the branch. She began as a teller.

She says she plans to devote more time to caring for her mother and that she’s going to miss everyone at the bank.

Head teller Charlene Snider told The Banner that Galey would be very much missed. She noted that they’ve worked together since Galey first joined the staff, which Snider described as “one big family.”

Jackie Taylor, assistant branch manager, said that Galey “has truly been an asset to Bank of Gleason. She wants to help the customers in any way she can, and I’ll miss her as a friend as well.”
