Gary Dale Amburgey

HENRY — Gary Dale Amburgey, age 69 of Henry died Thursday, May 23, 2019, at his residence.
Gary was born December 10, 1949, in Rankin, Texas to the late James Denzil Amburgey and the late Betty Jane Roush Amburgey McComsey.
He was married September 20, 2018, to Lois Simmons Amburgey, who survives, of Henry.
Along with his wife, he is also survived by one daughter, Crystal Mize of Cape Canaveral, Florida; one son, Daniel Amburgey of Pauline, South Carolina; two stepdaughters, Candyce Noel of Dyersburg, Tenn., and Shelia Burns of Dyersburg, TN; five stepsons, William Burns of Mason Hall, Tenn., Mark Burns of Ripley, Tenn., Ben Burns of Dyersburg, Tenn., John Burns of Minston, Tenn., and Ted McCaine of Medina, Tenn.; one sister, Janie Amburgey of McKenzie, Tenn.; one sister-in-law, Brenda Amburgey of Henry, TN; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and several step grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one son, Gary Dale Amburgey, Jr.; one stepson, Billy McCaine, Jr.; and one brother, James Stephen Amburgey.
Arrangements were by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, Tenn. 
Burial with Military Honors was in Brogdon Cemetery in Henry.
