HUNTINGDON (January 10) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on January 10.
Michael B. Phillips, Rolling Meadows, Henry, bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court on a charge of Vandalism.
The following cases resulted in a guilty finding or plea.
Dustin M. Bonnell, College Street, Bruceton, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 48 hours, supervised probation, not to drive for one year, must attend DUI School; dismissed, Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device.
Colby Blake Ford, Chickadee Dr., Milan, guilty, Failure to Appear, five days jail, to run concurrent with Circuit Court sentence.
Terin Harris, Alabama Street, McKenzie, guilty, Driving While License Canceled - second or subsequent offense, $150 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to two days, supervised probation, must obtain a license as condition of probation; guilty, Violation of Child Restraint; dismissed, Expired Registration.
Thomas Mayo, Grigg’s Chapel Road, Cedar Grove, guilty, Possession of Handgun While Under the Influence, 11/29 jail suspended to 48 hours, weapon seized, no contact with convenience store; guilty, Public Intoxication.
Earnest Gene Moudy, Jr., Cheatham Street, Bruceton, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail to run concurrent with Circuit Court sentence.
Dakota Lee Parker, Roby Road, Reagan, Tenn., guilty, Probation Violation, 20 days jail.
Matthew Rigney, Washington Avenue, Camden, guilty, Probation Violation, 20 days jail, probation extended.
Laniya Cierra Sheeks, Memphis, guilty, Drivers License to be Carried and Exhibited, 30 days suspended sentence; dismissed, Speeding.
Nayelia Vilchez, Cherry Avenue, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, Assault-Physical, $250 fine, two years probation, no contact with victim, must complete alcohol and drug assessment and batterers intervention assessment.
