Carroll County General Sessions Court Report

HUNTINGDON (January 24) — Two persons were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court on Wednesday, January 24 in Carroll County General Sessions Court.

Brandy Jo Brazelton, Norton Avenue, Huntsville, Ala., was bound over on a charge of DUI-First Offense.

Christopher Terry, Main Cove, Greenfield, was bound over on charges of Theft of Property, Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Assault.
