Carroll County General Sessions Court

HUNTINGDON — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on February 7.

Two defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.

Elizabeth Johnson, Highway 70, Cedar Grove, was bound over on charges of Schedule VI Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Tampering With Evidence; Driving While License Revoked - Second or Subsequent.

Allison Lawrence, Johnson Road, Atwood, bound over on charges of Aggravated Assault, Escape, Theft of Property, Evading Arrest Flight-Vehicle; Vandalism.

The following cases resulted in a guilty finding or plea.

Glenn Franklin Adkins, Hawthorne Street, Milan, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail sentence.

Hannah Ayers, Flatwood Road, New Johnsonville, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 48 hours; 11/29 supervised probation, not to drive for one year, must attend DUI School, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling.

Richard B. Bomer, Green Allen Springs Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Failure to Appear, 11/29 jail suspended to four days, 11/25 supervised probation; guilty, Worthless Check, up to $1,000 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to four days, $73.41 restitution; dismissed, Failure to Appear; guilty, Probation Violation, 15 days jail, probation extended.

Clemens Borntreger, Stephanie Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Implied Consent; dismissed, Speeding; dismissed, Reckless Driving.

Donte Ray Brown, Staten Lane, Huntingdon, judicial diversion, Driving While Canceled - Second or Subsequent Offense, $150 fine, 10 days jail, obtain a valid driver’s license, if all conditions are met, then the case can be dismissed; judicial diversion, Evading Arrest, $100 fine; judicial diversion, Violation of Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Light Law Violation; dismissed, Seat Belt Violation; dismissed, Speeding.

Timothy Gene Chappel, Buck Ditch Road, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion, Driving While License Suspended, $25 fine, supervised probation, must obtain a valid driver’s license.

Vincent Edward Capple, Buck Ditch Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Driving While Canceled-Second or Subsequent Offense, $150 fine, 48 hours jail, probation.

Nikolas Robert Ford, Lankford Road, Bruceton, guilty, Driving While Canceled, two days jail, probation, must attempt to get driver’s license; dismissed, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign; dismissed, Leaving the Scene of Accident; dismissed, Failure to Make Immediate Notice of Accident.

Christen Foster, Hayworth Cove, Jackson, pre-trial diversion, Assault-Physical Contact, supervised probation; dismissed, Assault on First Responder; dismissed, Theft of Property; dismissed, Resist Stop, Arrest, or Search; dismissed, Disorderly Conduct.

Rosa Hampton, South Forks of Creek Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, 30 days jail, probation extended.

Richard Heflin, Blooming Grove Road, McKenzie, guilty, Allowing Dog to Run At Large, $50 fine, probation.

Destiny Nicole Johnson, Enoch Cemetery Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Failure to Appear, 10 days jail; guilty, Probation Violation, 20 days jail; dismissed, Criminal Impersonation; dismissed, Resist Stop, Arrest or Search; dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Timothy Ray Mayo, Clark Street, Huntingdon, judicial diversion, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 10 days jail, supervised probation, if sentencing conditions are met, the case will be expunged; dismissed, Light Law Violation.

Manuel Rodriguez-Sanchez, Pumphill Road, Dickson, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, probation, $350 fine; dismissed, Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Implied Consent.
