Carroll County General Sessions

HUNTINGDON (March 15) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on March 15.

Bound over the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Charles J. Baker, Griggs Chapel Road, Cedar Grove, bound over to the Grand Jury on charges of Identity Theft, Forgery, Fraud Use of Credit/Debit Card.

Alex Travelstead, Highway 436, Trezevant, bound over on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon; Criminal Impersonation, Prevent/Obstruct Legal Process.

The following cases resulted in a guilty finding or plea.

Matthew Burke, Blaylock Store Road, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, Underage Driving While Impaired; $250 fine, not to drive for one year, probation.

Brooke Alexander Chandler, Sharon Road, Sharon, guilty, Probation Violation, 10 days jail.

Matthew Kenneth Frazee, Highway 114,, Buena Vista, guilty, Failure to Appear, Driving While Revoked, six months jail - suspended except four days; probation, 90 days in New Beginnings Recovery Home; dismissed, Seatbelt Violation; dismissed, Registration Law Violation; dismissed, Financial Responsibility.

Rosa Hampton, Highway 219, Huntingdon, guilty, Failure to Appear, Driving While Suspended, $100 fine, supervised probation; dismissed, Speeding

Darek Lewis, Park Cove, McKenzie, guilty, Disorderly Conduct, $50 fine, 30 days jail, 30 days probation; dismissed, Domestic Assault; dismissed, Vandalism.

Saral M. Luci, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, Theft of Merchandise, 11/29 jail- suspended to time served, probation.

Nakisha A. Milton, Johnson Street, Trezevant, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, 11/29 jail-suspended, probation.

Carey Amanda Reis, Lone Star Road, Lufkin, Texas, guilty, theft, $250 fine, supervised probation.

Mark Russell, Elm Street, McKenzie, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $750 fine, 11/29 jail-suspended to time served; supervised probation; dismissed, Meth-Delivery, Sale or Possession with Intent.

Athena Stafford, Elm Street, McKenzie, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $750 fine, 11/29 jail suspended except time served, probation.

Andrew Arnold Tosh, Clarksburg Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sale or Possess with Intent, $750 fine, jail suspended except 30 days.

Brittany Marie Ward, Hopewell, Lavinia, guilty, Joyriding-Unauthorized Use of Vehicle - $120 restitution to victim, 11/29 probation.

Channon Lee Williams, Big Sandy River Road, Camden, guilty, Driving While Revoked-Second or Subsequent Offense, 11/29 supervised probation, $50 fine; dismissed, Light Law Violation; dismissed, Registration Violation.

The following case was dismissed.

Zachariah Wayne Wilson, Forest Hill Drive, Huntingdon, dismissed, Driving While Revoked, Registration Certificate to be Carried- Failure to Change Address on License.
