HUNTINGDON (April 7-9) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court.
Cases bound over the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court are as follows.
Kayla Harris, Clear Lake Road, McKenzie was bound over on charges of possession of a firearm with the intent to go armed, unlawful possession of a weapon, casual exchange; dismissed were charges of tampering with evidence.
Shelby Nicole Mahr, Oak Dale Dr., Camden, bound over on charge of theft of merchandise, criminal trespass, burglary.
Dimitri Markel Nance, Custer Avenue, Dyersburg, bound over on evading arrest, speeding, driving while suspended-2nd or subsequent offense, driving on the right.
Nathaniel Lee Noah, bound over on charge of theft of property, burglary, theft of merchandise.
Danny Trotter, Clear Lake Road, McKenzie, bound over on charge of meth, casual exchange, driving while revoked; possession of a firearm with intent to go armed, unlawful possession of weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked, violation of financial responsibility; dismissed, tampering with evidence.
Kelly Turnbow, Old State Route 22, McKenzie, bound over on charge of theft of property, burglary.
Xavier Williams,, Elwood Drive, McKenzie, bound over on charge of DUI-second offense.

Stephanie Lucas, Buck Ditch Road, Huntingdon, guilty, driving while suspended, 48 hours in jail, unsupervised probation; dismissed, violation of financial responsibility.
Logan Miller, Clay Farm Road, Atwood, guilty, driving while suspended, 6 months probation; dismissed, violation of financial responsibility.

Charles Robbins, McKelvy Road, Camden, guilty, simple possession, $250 fine, 10 days in jail; dismissed charges of casual exchange, driving while suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia.
