HUNTINGDON — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on April 21 and 22.
The following cases were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.
Derek Cannon, Hebron Church Road, Bruceton, bound over on a charge of DUI-second offense, violation of implied consent.
Angela Horn, Mebanewood Drive, Huntingdon, was bound over on charges of meth- manufacture, deliver, sale, or possession with intent.
Fernando Marquez, Lincoln Street, Bule Island, Illinois was bound over on charges of possession of a firearm with intent to go armed, possession of schedule I drugs, possession of schedule II drugs, possession of schedule IV drugs, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding.
Roger Prater, Enon Cemetery Road, Huntingdon, bound over on theft of property charges.
Kylan Cordale Woods, Lincoln Street, Jackson, bound over on charge of possession of schedule VI drugs.
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
Lindsay Leigh Allgood, Highland Street, Bruceton, guilty, DUI-first offense, $350 fine, 30 days in jail, alcohol and drug assessment required; dismissed charges of violation of implied consent, simple possession, open container, registration expired, and violation of financial responsibility.
Kala Baggett, Stephanie Road,, Huntingdon, guilty, physically holding a telecommunications device, no sentence listed. Dismissed charges of seat belt violation, violation of financial responsibility, failure to change the address on drivers license within 10 days, driving while suspended.
Chandra G. Cage, Grove Hill Lane, Jackson, guilty, theft, $999.34 restitution to EW James-McKenzie; unsupervised probation for one year. Dismissed charges of forgery.

Michael Edward Connell, Cheryl Street, McKenzie, guilty, theft, $446 restitution to victim, 60 days jail, supervised probation for 9/29; dismissed charges of shoplifting, failure to appear, probation violation.
Robyn Russell-Mealer, Elm Street, McKenzie, guilty, failure to appear, three months in jail. Dismissed charge of theft of property.
Tyrone Winston, McCool Drive, Jackson, guilty, simple possession, $250 fine, unsupervised probation for one year; guilty, domestic assault, no violent contact with victim. Sentence to run concurrently with other charge. Dismissed, failure to appear.
Dossie Lynn Wright, Alabama Street, McKenzie, guilty, public intoxication,
The following cases were dismissed.
Ryan Matthew Dunlap, Cade-Atwood Road, Milan, dismissed, shoplifting.
Angela Deshun Tharpe, Lankford Road, Paris, dismissed, assault-physical contact.
The following cases were adjudicated through pre-trial diversion.
Donyale Blackwell, Robert Cart Wright Apt., pre-trial diversion, theft, no contact with retailer.
Brittany Gail Moore, Everett Street, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, assault-physical contact, guilty of simple assault, unsupervised probation, no social media harassment.
Matthew Palmer, Point Pleasant Road, Buchanan, pre-trial diversion, shoplifting, restitution to store, no contact with store.
Holly Smothers, Pate Road, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion, theft, unsupervised probation for one year.
