HUNTINGDON (MAY 7) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on May 7.

Four defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.

Dalton Allen, Butler Speedway, Bruceton, was bound over on charges of Aggravated Assault-Reckless, Interference with Emergency Call, and Domestic Assault.

Steven Crawford, Main Street, Trezevant, bound over on charges of Evading Arrest, Resisting Arrest, Reckless Endangerment, Driving on Revoked License.

Christopher Horton, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, bound over on charge of Meth-Possess or Casual Exchange.

Tyler Lee Tripp, Fry Road, Lavinia, bound over on charge of Aggravated Burglary, Theft of Property; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Caden Lee Webb, Carroll County Jail, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

The following cases resulted in a plea or finding of guilty.

Christopher Wayne Arnold, Highway 423, McKenzie, guilty, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Light Law violation, Violation of Financial Responsibility; $150 fine, probation, jail 11/29.

Steven Edwards, Broad Street, Dresden, guilty, Probation Violation, 30 days jail, probation extended.

Eric Dwayne Ford, Watson Avenue, Huntingdon, guilty, Driving While Revoked.

William D. Hickerson, Jr., Lakewood Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Driving While Revoked, Driving While Suspended, $250 fine, jail, probation; dismissed, Simple Possession.

Timothy Hickey, Hers Law Road, Trenton, guilty, Evading Arrest, guilty, Vandalism, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, restitution of $965 to victim, $150 fine, jail, probation; dismissed, Prohibited Weapon.

Stacey Hilliard, Page Lane, Gleason, guilty, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 30 days.

Malachai Johnson, Ephesus Church Road, Hollow Rock, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail; guilty, Criminal Impersonation; dismissed, Youth Tobacco, Hemp, or Vape; dismissed, Reckless Driving; dismissed, False Imprisonment.

Karen Painter, Old Lavinia Road, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 48 hours, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling; dismissed, Alter/Falsify Registration; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Driving Unregistered Vehicle.

Alejanedo Sandoval, Holly Springs, Miss., guilty, Speeding, guilty, Violation of Financial Responsibility, no sentence listed.

Jimmy Street, Street Lane Road, Lucedale, Miss., guilty, Reckless Driving, $50 fine, probation.

Ellis Tharpse, Rutherford Point Circle, Lavergne, Tenn., guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $500, probation,

Davyontae Pharell Vaughn, Northwood Drive, Huntingdon, guilty, Drivers License Must Be Carried and Exhibited, 30 days jail suspended to 48 hours, probation; dismissed, Seat Belt Violation.
