HUNTINGDON (May 12 -13) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on May 12 and 13.
Cases bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court include the following.
Dekenba N. Bryant, Russell Road, Jackson, bound over, possession of firearm with intent to go armed-dangerous felon; schedule VI drugs - manufacture, deliver, sell, or possess; possession of drug paraphernalia; speeding; violation of financial responsibility.
Kelly Rae Cease, Rushing Lane, New Johnsonville, bound over on meth- manufacture, deliver, sell, or possess with intent.
Benjamin Christopher, Buckley Street, Hollow Rock, bound over on possession of weapon, convicted felon, public intoxication.
Hayden Marlin, Enoch Cemetery Road, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of casual exchange-adult/minor of schedule II, burglary, theft of services, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia; theft.
Randy Weathers, Josuha Street, Lexington, bound over on charge of possession of a firearm with intent to go armed- dangerous felon; Schedule VI drugs - manufacture, deliver, sell, or possess, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kenneth Louis Webb, Jr., Clairpointe Cove, Jackson, bound over on schedule II drugs - cocaine; dismissed, schedule VI drugs in drug-free zone.

Shelby Bennett, State Route 114, Buena Vista, guilty, DUI first offense, 11/29 suspended sentence, 48 hours in jail, $350 fine, not to drive for one year; dismissed, possession and distribution of intoxication liquor.
Shawn Bradley, Carter Drive, Huntingdon, dismissed, unlawful possession of weapon; guilty, schedule VI drugs -manufacture, deliver, sell, or possess, $750 fine, 45 days in jail, supervised probation for 10/15, patient rehab.
James H. Brown, Buena Vista Road, Huntingdon, guilty, meth - manufacture, deliver, sell, or possess with intent, plea bargain, $750 fine, 30 days jail, supervised probation 10/29; dismissed, schedule VI drugs - manufacture, deliver, sell, or possess, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kenson Deshown Cook, Smith Lane, McKenzie, guilty, driving while suspended, $100 fine, unsupervised probation for six months; dismissed, speeding.
Laura Ann Darnell, Highway 190, McKenzie, guilty, failure to appear, 60 days in jail, unsupervised probation for 9/29.
Taywone Dovon Hart, Florence Road, Savannah, guilty, possession of drug paraphernalia, $100 fine; guilty, failure to appear, 30 days in jail, simple possession, $250 fine.
Dismissed, driving while suspended - second offense.
