HUNTINGDON (May 24) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on May 24.

Mark Wortham, Wortham Loop, Huntingdon, was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court on a charge of Schedule VI Drugs-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

Terrance Antonio Butler, Jr., Homeless, McKenzie, guilty of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, supervised probation, 11/29 jail, suspended sentence to eight days; dismissed, Public Intoxication.

Roy Lee Ellis, Speedway Circle, Nashville, guilty, Criminal Impersonation, five days jail, supervised probation.

Colby Blake Ford, Chickadee Dr., Milan, guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia; $150 fine, 11/29 supervised probation; alcohol and drug assessment.

Heather Diane Gibson, Chickadee Lane, Milan, guilty, Failure to Appear; two days jail, unsupervised probation.

Charles Hill, Bridgeman Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation; Simple Possession, $250 fine, 11/29 jail; guilty, Schedule VI Drugs; dismissed, Contraband in Penal Facility; dismissed, Driving While Revoked; dismissed, Light Law Violation.

Brandon Todd Huss, Morningside Drive, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 48 hours, supervised probation, alcohol and drug evaluation; dismissed, Schedule IV Drugs, Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, or Possess; dismissed, Implied Consent.

Brandon Keshon Moore, 1014 Maple St., Fayetteville, pre-trial diversion, Failure to File Immediate Notice of Accident, six months probation, restitution to victim.

Cody Edward Noah, Bluebird Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Driving While Suspended, $50 fine, six months jail-suspended to time served; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Vehicle Registration Violation; guilty, Registration Expired.

Denetra M. Shaw, South Advantage Way, Memphis, guilty, Driving While Suspended, $150 fine, supervised probation.

Dillon Wayne Smith, Route 77, guilty, Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment, sentence to run concurrently with one in Circuit Court.

The following case was dismissed.

Charles Curry, County Home Road, Union City, dismissed, Domestic Assault; dismissed, Vandalism; dismissed, Driving While Suspended.
