HUNTINGDON (July 14-15) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on July 14 and 15.

The following cases were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.

Ricky Hutcherson, Concord Road, Westport, bound over on charge of aggravated assault.

Eric Dwayne Milton, Johnson Street, Trezevant, bound over on schedule II drugs- cocaine .5 grams or more, meth-deliver, sale, possession with intent, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tre Quantel Williams, Union City, bound over on charge of first-degree murder - attempt, reckless endangerment with deadly weapon.

The following cases resulted in a guilty finding or plea.

Dakota Bramlett, High Street, McEwen, meth-possess or casual exchange, $750 fine, 30 days in jail.

Glen Goodrum, Buena Vista Road, Buena Vista, guilty, driving while license revoked, second or subsequent offense, violation of financial responsibility. $100 fine, 11/29 unsupervised probation.

Micala R. Jackson, Old Humboldt Road, Jackson, guilty, driving while revoked - second or later offense, violation of financial responsibility, casual exchange, $250 fine, unsupervised probation; dismissed, speeding.

Dallas Kennedy, Dancyville-Eurekation Road, Stanton, Tenn., guilty, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia; dismissed meth-possession or casual exchange, 60 days in jail, $150 fine, 11/29 supervised probation; dismissed, driving while suspended.

James Martin, Atlantic Avenue, Henry, guilty, probation violation, 30 days in jail; dismissed, failure to appear, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chase Norden, College Street, Jackson, guilty, failure to appear, evading arrest, 180 days in jail, 180 days in rehab, 11/29 supervised probation; dismissed, theft, joyriding, theft of property, schedule II drugs, vandalism, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear, probation violation.

David Carlton Perry, Como Street, McKenzie, DUI-first offense, $350 fine, 30 days in jail, loss of license for one year, 11/29 supervised probation; dismissed, implied consent, possession of a firearm with intent to go armed, meth-manufacturing, deliver, sale or possession, domestic assault.

Joseph M. Sellers, Webb Road, McKenzie, guilty, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, 10 days in jail, 11/19 supervised probation; dismissed, probation violation.

Kyle Tucker, Aubrey Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, sexual offender registry violation, 11/29 unsupervised probation, must abide by all regulations or will receive 30-day jail sentence.

Terry Watford, Highway 79, Atwood, guilty, evading arrest flight- vehicle, simple possession, $750 fine, 90 days in jail, supervised probation for 20 months/28 days.

The following cases were dismissed.

Tykela Cook, Drew Court, Huntingdon, dismissed, driving while suspended, speeding, violation of financial responsibility.

Lucinda Ann Fendley, Newsome Street, McKenzie, dismissed, unlawful removal/alteration of registration.

James Paul Henry Gibson, dismissed, theft of property.

Joseph Matrindale Joyner, Hill Top Road, Big Sandy, dismissed, simple possession, domestic assault.

Bethany Amanda Middleton-Kizer, Holmes Mill Road, Huntingdon, dismissed, driving while suspended.

Morgan Perritt, Guthrie Road, Paris, dismissed, failure to appear.

Dakota Rainwaters, Allen Trailer Court, McKenzie, dismissed, assault, domestic assault.

Brooke Walker, Campbell Lane, McKenzie, dismissed, DUI-first offense, violation of implied consent, failure to comply with traffic control devices.

The following cases were adjudicated through pre-trial diversion.

Morgan Perritt, Guthrie Road, Paris, pre-trial diversion, shoplifting, supervised probation for 11/29, no contact with Walmart-Huntingdon.

Carlos Wright, Alabama Street, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, continue mental health treatment.
