HUNTINGDON — The following cases were heard in Carroll General Sessions Court on July 20 and 21.
 
The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:
 
Michael C. Avery, Kirk Road, Huntingdon, Guilty of Meth – Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 120 days jail, Can do sentence in jail or rehab, must complete rehab for credit, 7/29 supervised probation; Dismissed Charges of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange (3 counts) and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
 
Terry Funburg, Walnut Avenue East, McKenzie, Guilty of Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment, 10 days jail reporting 9/2/22, 11/19 supervised probation, complete anger management program and provide proof to court, no contact with victim; Dismissed Charge of Domestic Assault.
 
Ramona Hendon, Ledsinger Road, Huntingdon, Guilty of Driving While License Revoked – 2nd or Subsequent Offense, 2 days jail reporting 9/3/22 and 11/27 unsupervised probation.
 
Jerry Lee Higgs, Gaylord Road, Dresden, Guilty of DUI – First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hrs jail reporting 8/12/22, and 11/27 unsupervised probation; Dismissed Charges of Possession of Handgun While Under Influence and Implied Consent Law Violation.
 
Freddie Hugueley, Winston Road, McKenzie, Dismissed Charges of Meth – MFG, Deliver, Sale, Possession with Intent, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, and Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
 
Ryan L. Markham, Spring Creek Law Road, Jackson, Guilty of Driving While License Revoked and Failure To Appear, 11/29 supervised probation; Dismissed Charges of Speeding, Driver License-Address Required Within 10 Days, and Financial Responsibility Law.
 
Clarence Pusey, Flatwoods Road, Eva, Tenn., Guilty of Casual Exchange-Adult/Minor-Schedule II, $750 fine, 11/29 jail and 10/29 supervised probation; Dismissed Charges of Failure to Appear and Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia
 
Dillon Smith, State Route 77, Atwood, Guilty of Casual Exchange-Adult/Minor-Schedule II and Failure to Appear, $750 fine and 30 days jail; Dismissed Charges of Driving While License Suspended and Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic .
 
Austin D. Taylor, McClure Street, McKenzie, Guilty of Failure to Appear, Domestic Assault, and Probation Violation, 11/29 Jail, Probation Revoked, Unsupervised Probation for remainder of sentence, Report to jail or rehab by 9/2/22, and jail credit for successful completion of inpatient rehab; Dismissed Charge of Failure to Appear.
 
Nastassia Cameron Williams, Hunter Ridge Cove, Huntingdon, Guilty of Disorderly Conduct, $50 fine.
