HUNTINGDON (June 29-30) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on June 29 and 30.

The Court bound over the following cases to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.

Jonathan Goodrum, Stonewall Street, McKenzie, bound over on a charge of violation of community supervision with criminal offense, failure to comply with Sexual Offender Registry.

Kayla Hampton, Cotton Lane, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of Meth-Manufacturing, Delivery, Sale or Possession with Intent; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

David Wayne Salley, Reynolds Street, McKenzie, bound over on charge of Vandalism, Criminal Trespass.

Christopher Dale Frederick, Park Street, McKenzie, bound over on Theft of Property, Burglary, Burglary-Auto.

Joel Shane Fry, Highway 70, Cedar Grove, bound over on charge of Burglary. Dismissed charge of theft of property.

The following were found or pleaded guilty.

Larry Floyd Brown, Northwood Drive, Huntingdon, guilty, Assault-Bodily Injury, 120 days in jail, 7/29 unsupervised probation.

Latasha Butler Burrough - Highway 45 Bypass, Trenton, Guilty, Failure to Appear, 11/29 supervised probation.

Russell Groves, Cotton Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange; Guilty Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

William Timothy Vestal, Clearview Drive, Trezevant, guilty, DUI-First Offense, 48 hours jail, $350 fine; dismissed, Implied Consent.

Jennifer Marie Yarbro, Spring Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Simple Possession, 11/29 supervised probation, $750 fine.

Christopher Bray, Cottrell Lane, Decaturville, guilty, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange; Vandalism, $750 fine, 11/29 supervised probation, 30 days jail, no contact with victim, $231.86 restitution.

Joshua Morris Gray, Old Stage Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, 30 days in jail; dismissed, Aggravated Criminal Trespass, dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Amy R. Hampton, Cotton Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine, 11/29 supervised probation; guilty, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, 11/29 supervised probation.

Thomas Wayne Mitchell, Cotham Drive, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, 90 days in jail.]

The following cases were adjudicated through Pre-Trial Diversion.

Patrick Hunter Laman, Holmes Mill Road, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion, Evading Arrest, 10 days to serve, 11/19 supervised probation. Dismissed, speeding.

Krysti Michelle Simpson, Hopewell Road, Lavinia, pre-trial diversion, Enforcement of Compulsory School Attendance, must enroll her three children in an approved school by August 1 and provide written proof to West Carroll if home-schooled; no more than 10 days of unexcused absences during the 22-23 school year.

Jalen Felton, Morthmeade Avenue, pre-trial diversion, weapon on school property, 10 hours of community service.
