HUNTINGDON (July 3) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on July 3.
Gary Lynn Wallace, Harris Road, McKenzie, was the lone defendant bound over to the Grand Jury of the Circuit Court. Wallace is charged with Tampering with Evidence, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Possession of Schedule II Drugs: Meth; Driving While Revoked-Second or Subsequent.
