HUNTINGDON — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on July 28 and 29.

Bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court were three cases.

Christopher Hinson, Hurt Street, Trezevant, bound over on charge of domestic assault.

Wade Dee Holladay, Ferguson Cemetery Road, Cedar Grove, bound over on charge of schedule II - manufacture, deliver, sell or possess.

Desmond Jamond Stewart, Heritage Drive, Milan, bound over on charge of evading arrest flight-vehicle, driving while license suspended-second or subsequent offense.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or verdict.

Cheyenne N. Dean, Highway 69, Big Sandy, guilty, meth-possess or casual exchange, $750 fine, 30 days in jail, time served credit for 90 days; dismissed, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Leslie Greenwall, Maiden Cemetery Road, Camden, guilty, probation violation, 30 days in jail; dismissed, failure to appear.

Tanner Hedge, Cotton Creek Road, Bruceton, guilty, driving while revoked due to DUI, 10 days in jail; dismissed, simple possession.

William Moore, Terry Road, Huntingdon, guilty, assault-physical contact, no contact with victim.

John Adam Phillips, Main Street, Hollow Rock, guilty, assault-physical contact; $50 fine.

Lloyd J. Sawyer, Winchester St., McKenzie, guilty, probation violation, 30 days in jail.

Larry D. Sutton, Highway 77, Huntingdon, guilty, possession of drug paraphernalia, $150 fine, supervised probation for 11/29; dismissed, meth-manufacture, deliver, sale, or possess.

Nicholas Wilson, Hilltop Road, McKenzie, guilty, assault-bodily injury; guilty, domestic assault, 30 days jail, 22 months, 28 days supervised probation, mental health treatment, no contact with victim.

Lonnie Wells Winsett, Cole Fairway, Paris, guilty, meth-possession or casual exchange, $750 fine, 45 days in jail, supervised probation for 10 months, 14 days; dismissed, driving while suspended-second or later offense, dismissed, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jesse Young, Buena Vista Road, Buena Vista, guilty, domestic assault, probation violation, 30 days in jail, mental health intake, no violent contact with victim.

The following cases were dismissed.

Jeffrey McCord, Reasons Blvd., Milan, dismissed, driving while suspended.

Tilton Milburn, Milsap Dr., Jackson, dismissed, probation violation.

Sheila Rowe, Tennessee Street, McKenzie, dismissed, theft of merchandise.

Robert Lee Rush, Bridgeman Street, Huntingdon, dismissed, public intoxication.

Lloyd J. Sawyer, Winchester Street, McKenzie, dismissed, failure to appear.

Michael Jason Simpson, Antioch Pike, Nashville, dismissed, public intoxication.

Shanda Smith, Blythe Street, Paris, dismissed, probation violation.

The following cases were adjudicated through pre-trial diversion.

Kelci Jo Bartels, North Forrest Avenue, Camden, pre-trial diversion, child abuse, neglect, endangerment, supervised probation, three drug screens, complete parenting class.

James Calvin Siggers, Lisa Lane, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion, assault-physical, no contact with victim.
