HUNTINGDON (August 3-4) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on August 3 and 4.

The following cases were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll Count Circuit Court.

Roy Lee Ellis, Washington Street, Camden, bound over on Failure to Appear, Meth-Manufacturing, Deliver, Sale, or Possess with Intent; dismissed a charged of Violation of Sexual Offender Registry.

Michael Webb, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, bound over on charge of Schedule VI Drugs- Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, or Possess, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding:

Michael Avery, Kirk Road, Huntingdon, Dismissed, Simple Possession, Guilty of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 120 days to serve in jail or rehab, 7/29 supervised probation.

Amanda N. Farlow, Linden Street, McKenzie, guilty, Theft, 11/29 to serve, suspended except for 11 days, $188.59 restitution, no contact with retailer, supervised probation 11/18.

Marcos A. Hernandez, Hemlock Street, Bruceton, guilty, Probation Violation, 30 days jail, probation extended.

Nicholas R. Miller, Mount Carmel Road, Camden, guilty, DUI-Second Offense, $350 fine, 20 days jail, 11/9 supervised probation; dismissed charge of Possession of Handgun While Under the Influence; dismissed, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Robert High, III, Hamilton Street, Atwood, guilty, Community Supervision Violation, 11/29 sentence suspended to six months.

Rachel M. Johnsonius, Jeanette Circle, McKenzie, guilty, Failure to Appear, 90 days jail; dismissed, Simple Possession, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Jennifer Lynn Jordan, Presson Road, McKenzie, guilty, Failure to Appear, 45 days jail, no contact with victim, unsupervised probation 10/14.

Maurice Lawrence, homeless, McKenzie, guilty, Criminal Trespass, 30 days jail suspended to 8 days, unsupervised probation for 22 days.

The following cases were dismissed:

Herivia La Shea Strayhorn, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, dismissed, Schedule VI Drugs, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Ramona Hendon, Ledsinger Road, Huntingdon, dismissed, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Jason L. Herrin, Jumping Jack Lane, Camden, dismissed, Failure to Appear.

The following case was adjudicated through pre-trial diversion:

Christopher Brown, Batey Lane, Bruceton, pre-trial diversion, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, 11/29 unsupervised probation, 30 hours of community service; dismissed, Simple Possession.
