HUNTINGDON (March 13-14) — The following defendant was bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:
Anthony James Sanders, Sandy Park Dr, Lexington, bound over on charges of theft of property $2,500 - $10,000 and burglary-other than habitation.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas and received sentences, fines, and/or court orders:
Rachel M. Austin, Hwy 124, McKenzie, guilty of DUI: First Offense and probation violation, $350 fine and costs, 10 days jail, prepay for 3 drug screens on pv charge, 11/29 supervised probation with SSI, and 1 yr. loss of license; dismissed: charges of misdemeanor implied consent law, financial responsibility law violation, and driving on the right.
Dale Ray Bradley, Hunter Ridge Cove, Huntingdon, guilty of disorderly conduct, $50 fine.
Joshua Lynn Ellis, Hebron Church Rd., Bruceton, guilty of Meth-possession/casual exchange, $750 fine and costs, 30 days jail, and 10/29 supervised probation; dismissed: charges of driving while license revoked (2nd or subsequent)-due to DUI conviction, possession of schedule VI drug with intent to manufacture, deliver, and sell, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, and expired registration.
Michael Anthony Floyd, Connie Allen Rd., McKenzie, guilty of open container and person under/21 in possession of beer and transporting beer, $10 fine, costs and taxes.
Lathan Rantrell Gilbreath, Cotham Drive, Huntingdon, guilty of driving without license, $50 fine, costs and taxes, and 2 days jail.
Jimmy Griffin, Jr., Hollywood Drive, Jackson, guilty of disorderly conduct and reckless driving, $50 fine, costs and taxes, and 10 days jail; dismissed, charge of open container.
Aubrey C. Kyle, Eskew Rd., Huntingdon, guilty of simple possession/casual exchange, $750 fine, costs and taxes, 10 days jail, 11/19 supervised probation, and prepaid three drug screens; dismissed charges of possession of meth with intent to manufacture, deliver, and sell along with possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia.
John Wesley Murphy, Little Grove Rd., Lavinia, guilty of DUI: first offense, $350 fine, 4 days jail, and 5/26 unsupervised probation.
Demarcus Robinson, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty of DUI: first offense, 11/29 suspended, 11/29 supervised probation with SSI, $350 fine and costs, 48 hrs. jail, and 1 yr. loss of license; dismissed: charges of simple possession/casual exchange, driving while license suspended, and misdemeanor implied consent violation.
Elizabeth A. Bugg, Rimmer Rd., Atwood, guilty of assault-bodily injury, costs and taxes, 2 days jail if not in inpatient rehab by 4/15/19, 11/27 supervised probation, no contact to remain in place at victim’s discretion, and random drug screens.

Tiffany Annette Capozzi, Old Stage Rd., McKenzie, guilty of theft up to $1,000, costs and taxes, pay restitution of $7,700.19 to McKenzie Banking CO, and 23 months/28 days unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of forgery $1,000 - $2,500.
Jerry D. Gibson, Boaz Road, Dresden, guilty of drivers license to be carried and exhibited, $100 fine, costs and taxes, 2 days jail, and 28 days unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of motor vehicle light law violation.
Elizabeth A. McCord, Holmes St, Trezevant, guilty of domestic assault, cost and taxes, 6 days jail, and 11/23 supervised probation; dismissed: charge of public intoxication.
Frank McCord, Jr., Holmes St., Trezevant, guilty of domestic assault, costs and taxes, 6 days jail, and 11/23 supervised probation; dismissed: charge of public intoxication.
Destiny L. Pressley, Danville Rd., Big Sandy, guilty of probation violation, 90 days jail, partial revocation, and extend probation 6 months.
Howard Glen Sanford, Jessie Lane, Bruceton, guilty of probation violation, 30 days jail, costs and taxes.
Howard Glenn Sanford, Morris Lane, Milan, guilty of leaving scene of accident-property damage and violation of financial responsibility law, $150 fine, costs and taxes, pay full restitution to victims, 60 days supervised probation; dismissed: charges of felony failure to appear and drivers to exercise due care.
Jeremy L. Watson, Mill St, Hollow Rock, guilty of drivers license to be carried and exhibited, 2 days jail, costs and taxes, 30 days unsupervised probation; dismissed: charges of expired registration and misdemeanor failure to appear.
The following defendants were granted pre-trial or judicial diversion:
Robert Edward Eldredge, N. Spruce St., Bruceton, pre-trial diversion for public intoxication, $50 fine, costs and taxes.
Haley Smith, Warren St., Paris, pre-trial diversion for possession/casual exchange, supervised deferred probation with random drug screening.
All charges were dismissed against the following person:
Heather Diane Gibson, Boaz Rd., Dresden, charges of driving while license suspended, drivers license request within 10 days, notice of change of address, and violation of financial responsibility law.
