HUNTINGDON (March 20-21) — The following defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:
Christopher David Price, Vandyke Rd., Springville, bound over on charges of theft of property-$60,000 - $250,000, evading arrest flight-vehicle, and vandalism-up to $1,000; dismissed: possession of meth with intent to manufacture, deliver, and sell.
Jason Forsythe, Hwy 22, Huntingdon, bound over on charges of aggravated criminal trespass, and criminal trespass.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas and received sentences, fines, and/or court orders:
Sarina Baker, Oak Street, Trezevant, guilty of resisting arrest (no weapon) and vandalism-up to $1,000, costs and taxes, serve 30 days at Lakeside-Bartlett and pay restitution in full; dismissed, charge of disorderly conduct.
Justin Lee Comer, Butler Speedway, Bruceton, guilty of probation violation and vandalism-up to $1,000, costs and taxes, 90 days jail, and must successfully complete 11/29 in jail or rehab.
Steven E. Crawford, E. Main Street, Trezevant, guilty of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, $150 fine and costs.
Lisa Dawn Futrell, Circle Drive, Huntingdon, guilty of reckless driving by intoxicant, $350 fine and costs, 4 days jail, and 5/26 unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of misdemeanor implied consent law violation.
Jimmy L. Fuzzell, Magnolia Ave, McKenzie, guilty of reckless driving, $350 fine and costs, 4 days jail, 5/26 unsupervised probation, and alcohol and drug assessment.

Vicki Harper, Park Circle, McKenzie, guilty of theft-up to $1,000, $100 fine and costs and 11/29 supervised probation.
Alexa Lashlee, Schools Dr., Camden, guilty of probation violation, 10 days jail and partial revocation of probation.
Maurice Lawrence, Forrest Ave, McKenzie, guilty of criminal trespass and public intoxication, 60 days jail, costs and taxes.
Latrisha Rich Owens, Wesley Dr., Paris, guilty of probation violation, partial revocation, 10, days jail, costs and taxes; dismissed: charge of misdemeanor failure to appear.
Jennifer S. Vanwetter, Randle St, McKenzie, guilty of probation violation, costs and taxes, partial revocation, and 30 days jail.
Whitney Kirkpatrick, no address listed, McKenzie, guilty of criminal trespass, costs and taxes, 20 days jail, and no contact with Hillview Apts.
Daniel Cody Lott, Renfroe Rd., Huntingdon, guilty of misdemeanor failure to appear, costs and taxes, 30 days jail, 10/29 supervised probation-circuit court.
William Brian Fuzzell, Leach Road, Huntingdon, guilty of theft-up to $1,000, 10 days jail, 11/19 supervised probation, no contact with Walmart, and restitution to be paid in full.
Tommy Howard Rhea, Joyner Lane, Lavinia, guilty of drivers license to be carried and exhibited, $25 fine and costs; dismissed: charge of registration violation.
Michael Shane Youngblood, Walnut St., McKenzie, guilty of drivers license to be carried and exhibited, $50 fine and costs, 30 days unsupervised probation.
