Joshua Caleb Burrell, S. Vancouver Ave, Tulsa, OK, bound over on charges of Theft of Property-$60,000-$250,000 and Simple Possession/Casual Exchange; dismissed: Theft up to $1,000.
Bobby L. Deckard, Terry Rd, Lavinia, bound over on charges of Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment, and Domestic Assault.
Matthew Blake Fourman, Winston Ave, McKenzie, bound over on charge of Aggravated Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment.
Tisha Pollock, Winston Ave, McKenzie, bound over on charge of Aggravated Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment.
Christopher Ryan Smith, Batey Lane, Bruceton, bound over on charge of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.
Tammy Therese Toth, Highland St, Bruceton, bound over on charge of Contraband in a Penal Facility.
Stedman Pettigrew, Hamilton St, McKenzie, bound over on charge of DUI: First Offense.

Randy E. Crocker, West St, Gleason, guilty of Drivers License To Be Carried And Exhibited, costs and taxes and 30 days unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of Obedience To Any Required Traffic Control Device.
Christian Trice, Oak St, Trezevant, guilty of Resisting Stop, Arrest, Search, costs and taxes, credit for time served, no violation of probation will be filed; dismissed: charge of disorderly conduct.
Anthony D. Giles, Gay St, Ripley, guilty of Criminal Trespass, no sentence listed.
Timothy Goode, Bryant St, Trezevant, guilty of Probation Violation and Misdemeanor Failure to Appear, partial revocation, 30 days jail, fine and costs.
Daniel K. Hall, Poplar St, Paris, guilty of Probation Violation, costs and taxes, 10 days jail.
Brianna Houck, N. Cedar St, Gleason, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine and costs; dismissed: charges of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear and Driving While License Suspended.
Althon Hunter Smith, Clearview Ave, Trezevant, guilty of Probation Violation and Misdemeanor Failure To Appear, partial revocation, 30 days jail, costs and taxes.
Jayden Deontae Williams, East Main St, Huntingdon, guilty of Leaving Scene of Accident-Property Damage, $50 fine and costs, 30 days unsupervised probation, full restitution to victim.
The following defendants were granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:
Wendy D. Blankenship, Fry Road, Lavinia, pre-trial diversion for Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, complete a 28-day inpatient rehab.

Jessie A. Rogers, Twin Hill Way, Collierville, dismissed charge of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear.
Jalen Taylor, Railroad St, Bolivar, dismissed charge of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.
Janet Wilson, E. Northfield Blvd, Murfreesboro, dismissed charge of Driving While License Suspended.
