HUNTINGDON (April 24-25) — The following defendant was bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:
Charlotte Elaine Haynes Wilson, Renfroe Road, Huntingdon, Bound Over on multiple counts of Aggravated Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment and multiple counts of Reckless Endangerment-No Weapon Involved.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas and received sentences, fines, and/or court orders:
Charles Joseph Baker, Old Lavinia Rd, Cedar Grove, guilty of Felony Failure To Appear, 20 days jail, costs and taxes, and 11/9 unsupervised probation, sentence consecutive to Circuit Court.
Christopher J. Eskew, Westport Rd, Westport, guilty of Theft Up to $1,000, $350 fine and costs along with 11/29 supervised probation.
Christopher Earnest Hones, Florida Court, McKenzie, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $2,750 fine and costs, 20 days jail to be served as 10 2-day weekend sentences, 11/28 supervised probation; dismissed: charges of Drugs: Drug Free Zone Mfg, Sale, Poss and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities.
Roman D. Kuykendall, Smith Street, McKenzie, guilty of Assault-Physical Contact, cost and taxes, no violent contact with victim, alcohol and drug assessment, and 6 month supervised probation.
Tyler Chase Robinson, Barren Springs Rd, Hollow Rock, guilty of Reckless Driving, 48 hrs jail, $350 fine and costs, and 5 mon/27 days supervised probation.
William Arnold Taylor, College St, Bruceton, guilty of Driving While License Canceled, costs and taxes along with 6 months supervised probation; dismissed: charges of Speeding and Violation of Financial Responsibility Law.
Karen C. Carter, State Rte 77, Atwood, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, 10 days jail, costs and taxes, 11/19 supervised probation, and no contact with victim; dismissed: charge of Assault-Attempt.
Anthony Copeland, Blooming Grove Rd, McKenzie, guilty of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities, 2 days jail, $200 fine and costs, and 11/27 supervised probation.
Jeremy Lee Craig, Suncrest St, Bruceton, guilty of Drivers License to be Carried and Exhibited and Violation of Financial Responsibility Law, costs and taxes along with 30 days unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of Registration Expired.
