HUNTINGDON (May 15-16) — The following defendants were bound over to the rand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:
Kevin Burnine, Linden Street, McKenzie, bound over for Aggravated Kidnapping and Domestic Assault.
Rodney Allen Patterson, Langford Store Road, McKenzie, bound over for Possession Weapon-Convicted Felon and Community Supervision Violation.
Shane Ridley, Buena Vista Rd., Huntingdon, bound over on Possession of Schedule II Drugs With Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Paul Ray Townsend, Birmingham Rd., McKenzie, bound over for Driving While License Suspended and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia; dismissed: charge of Auto Burglary.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas and received sentences, fines, and/or court orders:
Elizabeth A. Bugg, Hinkledale Rd., McKenzie, guilty of METH-Possession or Casual Exchange and Probation Violation, 45 days jail, $750 fine and costs, 10Mos/14Days Supervised Probation, and Successfully complete 120 Days inpatient Alcohol & Drug Program; dismissed: charges of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, Theft Up To $1,000, Misdemeanor Failure to Appear, and Public Intoxication.
Ricardo Islas, Jesse Lane, Huntingdon, guilty of Violation of Order of Protection/Restraining Order, 5 days jail and $100 fine.
Dallas Kennedy, Seminary St, Hollow Rock, guilty of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear, 10 days jail and 11/19 Unsupervised Probation.
Kristin McClellan, McCampbell St., Martin, guilty of Probation Violation, 10 days jail along with costs and taxes.
Pedro Garcia Perez, S. Broadway, Aurora, Illinois, guilty of Reckless Driving, 4 days jail, $350 fine and costs, and 5/26 Unsupervised Probation; dismissed: charge of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear.
Holli Lynn Renfroe, Algee Lane, Milan, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine and costs.
Kevin R. Smothers, Oliver St., Paris, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, 45 days jail, costs and taxes, 10/16 Supervised Probation.
Tina Kay Willis, Elm Street, McKenzie, guilty of Misdemeanor Failure to Appear, 30 days jail along with costs and taxes.
Bryan Wuersch, Allen Trailer Court, McKenzie, guilty of DUI-First Offense and 2 Counts of Assault-Threat of Bodily Injury, 7 days jail, $350 fine and costs, 11/29 Supervised Probation with SSI until fines/costs paid, loss of license for one year and attend DUI school; dismissed: charges of Misdemeanor Implied Consent Law, Driving While License Revoked, and Open Container.
Rebecca Delynn Bentley, Rollins Ave, Huntingdon, guilty of Driving While License Suspended and Failure to Appear On Citation, no sentence listed; Dismissed: charge of Speeding.

Hannah Cantrell, Hwy 118, Dresden, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, Probation Violation, and Misdemeanor Failure to Appear, 10 days jail on weekends, $100 fine and costs, pay full restitution.
Amanda N. Farlow, Linden Street, McKenzie, guilty of Domestic Assault, cost and taxes and 11/29 unsupervised probation; dismissed: charges of Misdemeanor Failure to Appear and Aggravated Assault.
Misty Goodman, Coles Lane, Camden, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange-Attempt, 180 days jail, $750 fine and costs, and 5/29 Supervised Probation; dismissed: Possession of Schedule VI Drugs, Felony Failure To Appear, and Public Intoxication.
Trina Lee Noles, Eubanks Road, Bruceton, guilty of Violation of Financial Responsibility Law; dismissed: charges of Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.
The following defendants were granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:
Heaven Hernandez, Suncrest Drive, Bruceton, Pre-trial diversion for Possession/Casual Exchange and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Child, $450 fine and costs on Judicial Diversion.
Matthew Nutting, N. Main St., McKenzie, Pre-trial diversion for Simple Possession/Casual Exchange and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $400 fine and costs along with unsupervised deferred probation.
Kurt Ryan Thomas, Thomas Lane, Huntingdon, Pre-trial diversion for Theft-Up To $1,000, Costs and taxes, full restitution of $790.86, and 11/20 unsupervised probation.
All charges were dismissed against the following people:
Dayton Richard Campbell, Lisa Lane, Huntingdon, dismissed charge of Aggravated Assault.
Mary R. Galloway, Bluebird Lane, Huntingdon, dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended and Display of Registration Plates.
John Wesley Murphy, Little Grove Road, Lavinia, dismissed charge of Public Intoxication.
Kaivonna Williamson, Chapel Ridge Drive, Jackson, dismissed charge of Felony Failure To Appear.
Dalon Boyd, McClure Street, McKenzie, dismissed charges of Aggravated Assault, Domestic Assault, and Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.
Jerry D. Gilbert, Hwy 79, Trezevant, dismissed charges of Burglary-Other Than Habitation and Vandalism-$1,000 - $2,500.
Jessie A. Rogers, Twin Hill Way, Collierville, dismissed charges of Misdemeanor Failure to Appear, Driving While License Suspended, and Violation of Registration Law.
