HUNTINGDON (May 22-23) — The following defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:
Kenneth Ray Beckham, Dollar Hill Road, Huntingdon, bound over on charges of Aggravated Assault, Forgery Up To $1,000, and three counts of Fraudulent Use Credit/Debit Card-Up To $1,000.
Jaylon Dorsey, Graywood Drive, Mableton, GA, bound over on charge of Possession of Schedule VI Drugs With Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell.
Crystal J. Vansteenburgh, Hwy 114, Hollow Rock, bound over on charges of Aggravated Child Abuse, Neglect, and Endangerment and Reckless Endangerment-No Weapon Involved.
Antonio Wright, Jr. Lake Street, Mobile, AL, bound over on charge of Possession of Schedule VI Drugs With Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas and received sentences, fines, and/or court orders:
Patrick Bailey, Jones St, Huntingdon, guilty of Vandalism Up To $1,000, $50 fine and costs, full restitution to be paid to victim, no contact with victim, and 11/29 supervised probation.
Kenneth Ray Beckham, Dollar Hill Rd, Huntingdon, guilty of Probation Violation, 30 days jail and pay cost and taxes.
Toni L. Craig, Chestnut St, Camden, guilty of Criminal Trespass and Misdemeanor Failure To Appear, Time Served, $150 fine and costs and 30 days unsupervised probation.
Randy E. Crocker, West St, Gleason, guilty of DUI-First Offense, 2 days jail, 11/29 suspended, 10/29 supervised probation with SSI and Loss of License for 1 year; dismissed: charge of Driving While License Revoked.
Megan Eckenrode, W. Washington, Paris, guilty of Probation Violation, 10 days jail, cost and taxes, and probation extended 8 months.
Marcus D. Glenn, Magnolia Ave, McKenzie, guilty of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia and Evading Arrest, 30 days jail, $100 fine and costs, and 10/29 supervised probation; dismissed: charge of Resist Stop, Arrest, Search (No Weapon).
Dominic Jones, State Route 77, Atwood, guilty of Reckless Driving, 10 days jail, $600 fine and costs, and 5/20 supervised probation; dismissed: charges of Misdemeanor Implied Consent Violation, Light Law Violation, and Financial Responsibility Law Violation.
Randle D. Arnold, Hunter Ridge Cove, Huntingdon, guilty of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear and Probation Violation, 90 days jail, $100 fine and costs, and probation extended 11/29.
Joshua D. Flowers, Keely Mill Rd, Rutherford, guilty of Unlawful Removal/Alteration of Registration Tag, $250 fine and costs and full restitution to victims.
Mary Alexis Danielle Goodman, Elwood Drive, McKenzie, guilty of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, 10 days jail, $150 fine and costs, and unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of Use or Possession of Substance Or Device To Falsify Drug Test.
Garrett W. Green, Mays Ave, Huntingdon, guilty of Probation Violation, 2 days jail along with Costs and Taxes.
Timothy Ray Story, State Route 114, Hollow Rock, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, costs and taxes, full restitution to Walmart, and no contact with Huntingdon Walmart.
Jeffrey P. Williams, Adams St, McLemoresville, guilty of Harassment and Driving While License Suspended, 2 days jail, $75 fine and costs, 11/27 supervised probation, and no contact with victims; dismissed: charges of Following Too Closely and Expired Registration.
The following defendant was granted pre-trial or judicial diversion:
Shane Betterman, Reynolds Street, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion for Simple Possession/Casual Exchange and Vehicles Stop At All Stop Signs, 30 hours community service.
All charges were dismissed against the following people:
Phillip T. Harvey, Diamond Drive, McKenzie, dismissed charges of Aggravated Assault.
Ricardo Islas, Jesse Lane, Huntingdon, dismissed charges of Domestic Assault, Aggravated Burglary, and Vandalism Up To $1,000.
Jessica Rena Arendt, Hwy 104 N, Lexington, dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended, Display/Possession Cancel/Revoked/Suspended or Altered DL, and Vehicles Stop At All Stop Signs.
Marcaous M. Bailey, Rocky Point Drive, Dyer, dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended and Expired Registration.
