HUNTINGDON (August 14-15) — The following defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:
Joshua Lawton, Holmes Mill Rd, Huntingdon, bound over on charges of Burglary-Other Than Habitation and Theft of Property-$1,000-$2,500.
Shayne Baker, Newman Rd, Rockvale, bound over on charges of Casual Exchange-Adult/Minor-Schedule II and Meth – Manufacture, Deliver, Sale, Possession with Intent.
Timothy Ray Story, State Route 114, Hollow Rock, bound over on charges of Theft Up To $1,000 and Possession Weapon – Convicted Felon.
Donald Wheat, Georgia Ave, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of Sexual Offender Registration Form Violation.
Cassie Williams, Lexington Street, Bruceton, bound over on charges of Casual Exchange – Adult/Minor-Schedule II and Aggravated Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas and received sentences, fines, and/or court orders:
Joseph G. Cozart, Forrest Ave, McKenzie, guilty of Prohibited Weapons-Attempt and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, 90 days jail and 250 fine, cost and taxes; dismissed: Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.
Amy Allen Malugen, Oak Street, Hollow Rock, guilty of Probation Violation, 10 days jail, cost and taxes, and Probation extended 4 months.
Dana Milton, Forrest Circle, McKenzie, guilty of Probation Violation, 10 days jail, cost and taxes, and probation extended four months.
Roy Wayne Nelson, Power Station Rd, Trezevant, guilty of Violation of a Protective Order, cost and taxes, 11/29 unsupervised probation, and abide strictly by order of protection in place.
Sabrina Lynn Ricketts, Old Hwy South, Bradford, guilty of Vandalism Up to $1,000, 10 days jail, cost and taxes, and 11/19 Supervised Probation.
James Robert Scott, Harrell Street, McLemoresville, guilty of Domestic Assault, 10 days jail, cost and taxes, 11/19 supervised probation and no violent contact with victim; dismissed: charge of aggravated assault.
Ellis White, Jr, Davidson Street, Camden, guilty of DUI-First Offense, 11/29 suspended, 11/29 Unsupervised probation with SSI, $350 fine, 48 hrs jail, loss of license for 1 year.
Ryan Bass, Ridgemont Drive, Jackson, Guilty of simple possession/casual exchange, $250 fine, costs and taxes.
Kristopher N. Bennett, Skyline Drive, Huntingdon, guilty of DUI-First Offense, 11/29 suspended, 1 year in rehab or 90 days jail if failure to complete rehab, $350 fine plus costs, 12 days jail, loss of license for one year; dismissed: charges of Worthless Checks Up To $1,000, Casual exchange Adult/minor-Schedule I, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia and Misdemeanor Failure to Appear.
Tracy L. Curry, N. Parkway, Jackson, guilty of DUI-First Offense, 11/29 suspended, 11/29 unsupervised probation with SSI, $350 fine plus court costs, 48 hrs jail, loss of license for 1 year; dismissed: charges of Speeding and Violation of Financial Responsibility.

Ebonie Guy, Cherry Ave, McKenzie, guilty of Failure to Appear, costs and taxes: pretrial diversion on Theft Up To $1,000, costs and taxes, restitution to victims, 11/29 supervised probation.
Amber Marie Kendall, Cole Circle, Hollow Rock, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, $50 fine.
Michael Knott, Cades-Atwood Road, Milan, guilty of Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, costs and taxes, 30 days jail, 10/29 supervised probation, attend and complete inpatient rehab.
Kristian Kornegay, Cherrywood Cove, McKenzie, guilty of Probation Violation, 10 days jail, probation extended four months.
Travis B. Nunn, Paw Paw Lane, McKenzie, guilty of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $100 fine, cost and taxes.
Mayson I. Price, Hwy 190, Trezevant, guilty of reckless driving, 2 days jail and 5/28 unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of Speeding.
The following defendants were granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:
Monica Brock, David Street, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion for Domestic Assault, No Violent Contact with Victim along with Costs and Taxes.
April Pierce, Elm Street, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion for Theft of Merchandise Up To $1,000, Cost and taxes, full restitution to business and no contact with business.
All charges were dismissed against the following people:
Amanda N Bullington, Main Street E, Huntingdon, dismissed charge of Probation Violation.
Danny Turner, Blackburn Road, McKenzie, dismissed charge of Probation Violation.
Jonathan Cole, Turnpike Avenue, Camden, dismissed charge of Theft Up To $1,000
Donnald Curry, Adams Road, Martin, dismissed charge of Driving While License Revoked Due to DUI Conviction
Gabriel Hillsman, Hwy 77, Huntingdon, dismissed charge of Failure To Appear
Scott T. Long, Clay Farm Road, Trezevant, dismissed charge of Driving While License Suspended
Eric D. Milton, Johnson Street, Trezevant, dismissed charges of Speeding and Driving While License Revoked-Due to DUI Conviction.
