HUNTINGDON (September 4-5) — The following cases were adjudicated in Carroll General Sessions Court.
Case bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court was:
Brandon Richard Keller, Elwood Dr., McKenzie, bound over for Domestic Assault and Vandalism Up To $1,000; dismissed: Aggravated Burglary.
The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:
Sarah C. Bailey, Highland Dr, McKenzie, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine, costs and taxes, 30 days jail, 10/29 supervised probation, and may receive day for day jail credit for successful completion of long-term rehab; dismissed: charge of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
Randy E. Crocker, West St, Gleason, guilty of Failure to Appear and Probation Violation, 90 days jail and 11/19 supervised probation.
Zachary English, Hamilton St, McKenzie, guilty of Probation Violation and Domestic Assault, 150 days jail, cost and taxes, may receive day for day jail credit for successful completion of Inpatient rehab, 6/29 supervised probation; dismissed: charge of aggravated assault.
Joseph G. Evans, Hwy 77, Paris, guilty of DUI-First Offense and Violation of Financial Responsibility, 2 days jail, 11/29 suspended, 10/29 unsupervised probation, $350 fine.
Christy Fullington, Buchanan, guilty of Driving While License Suspended-2nd or subsequent offense, cost and taxes, 11/29 unsupervised probation.
Dakota Lynn Pardue, Hwy 114, Buena Vista, guilty of Meth-Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine, cost and taxes, 10/29 Supervised Probation, and 30 days jail; dismissed: charge of Driving While License Revoked-2nd or subsequent offense.
Steven Robert Richardson, Crooked St, Trezevant, guilty of Reckless Driving, $350 fine, costs and taxes, 6 days jail, 5/24 unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of Seatbelt Violation.

Joseph Ridley, Jr. Barren Hollow Rd, Hurricane Mills, guilty of DUI-First Offense, 11/29 suspended, 11/27 supervised probation with SSI, $350 fine plus court costs, 48 hours jail, and Loss of license for one year; dismissed: charge of Driving While License Suspended.
Brianna Scott, Circle Drive, Dover, guilty of Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, cost and taxes, and 30 days jail.
Joseph Sifrit, Broad Street, Hollow Rock, guilty of Public Intoxication, $50 fine, costs and taxes.
Sarah Elizabeth Taylor, Wortham Loop, Huntingdon, guilty of DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, costs and taxes, 48 hours jail, loss of license for one year, and 11/27 unsupervised probation; dismissed: charges of Window Tint Violation and Violation of Financial Responsibility Law.
Brandi Warren, Wood Ave, Camden, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine, 30 days jail, Costs and taxes, May receive day for day jail credit for successful completion of inpatient rehab, and 10/29 supervised probation; dismissed: Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange.
Steven R Wells, Barkwood Dr, Clarksville, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, 2 days jail, cost and taxes, 11 months unsupervised probation, and full restitution to business; dismissed: charge of Failure To Appear.
Michael Vestal, Halliburton St, Ripley, guilty of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia and Driving while License Suspended, $150 fine, costs and taxes, 11/29 unsupervised probation; dismissed: charges of Seat Belt Violation, and Registration Certificate Violation.
The following cases were dismissed:
