Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:
Cassie Brown, North St, Humboldt, bound over for Schedule VI Drugs: MFG, DEL, SELL, POSS and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
Christopher B. Cutting, Walnut St, Jackson, bound over for Evading Arrest Flight-Vehicle and Driving While License Revoked-Second or Subsequent Offense.
Jason Rinks, State Route 187, Milan,bound over for Schedule VI Drugs: MFG, DEL, SELL, POSS and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
Robert B. Wortham, Wortham Loop, Huntingdon, bound over for Aggravated Statuatory Rape.
The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:
Jermile L. Adams, Saint Paul Church Rd, Huntingdon, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, 9 months jail, $750 fine, cost and taxes, 2/29 supervised probation; dismissed: charge of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.
Ryan Balentine, Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, Credit time served, cost and tax, restitution to businesses, 11/29 supervised probation.
Kayla Marie Carter, Hwy 219, Huntingdon, guilty of Display/Possession Cancel/Revoke/Suspended or Altered DL, 10 days jail, cost and taxes, 20 days unsupervised probation; dismissed: Financial Responsibility Violation.
Ashley Cary, Harrison Lane, Paris, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, cost and taxes, no contact with victim, 11/29 unsupervised probation.
Elizabeth A. Crocker, Eli Brown Rd, McKenzie, guilty of Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card Up To $1,000, cost and taxes, no contact with victim, full restitution to businesses.
Gerrell S. Edwards, Yuma Rd, Yuma, guilty of Failure to Appear on Citation, 10 days jail, cost and taxes, Day for Day credit for successful completion of in-patient rehab; dismissed: charges of Misdemeanor Failure to Appear, and Driving While License Suspended-Second or Subsequent offense.

Gerrell S. Edwards, Elm St, McKenzie, guilty of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, 10 days jail, cost and taxes, day for day credit for successful completion of in-patient rehab, 2/19 supervised probation.
Tina Kay Edwards, Elm St, Huntingdon, guilty of Probation Violation, 90 days jail, cost and taxes, concurrent with child support sentence.
Steven W. Elmore, Carroll St, Bruceton, guilty of Theft of Services-$1,000 or less, $50 fine, cost and taxes, restitution to victim, 11/29 supervised probation, and monthly drug test; dismissed: charge of Vandalism Up to $1,000.
Joshua M. Franklin, Hamilton Heights, McKenzie, Guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine, cost and taxes; dismissed: Light Law Violation.
Sherry L. Gross, Hwy 22 N, Yuma, guilty of Driving While License Revoked, $100 fine, cost and taxes, 6 Momths unsupervised probation.

KC Lee Reed, Magnolia Drive, Gleason, guilty of Joyriding-Unauthorized Use Auto/Other Vehicles, $100 fine, cost and taxes, 6 Months supervised probation, 5/29 unsupervised probation.
Rachel S. Scott, Stigall Rd, Camden, guilty of Disorderly Conduct and Failure to Appear, $100 fine, cost and taxes.
