HUNTINGDON (October 2-4) — The following cases were adjudicated in Carroll General Sessions Court.
Case bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court was:
Craig Shank, Shankle Rd, Puryear, bound over on charges of Evading Arrest, Driving While License Revoked, and Misdemeanor Failure To Appear.
The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:
Elizabeth A. Anderson, Harris St, McKenzie, guilty of Public Intoxication, $50 fine, costs and taxes.
Tammy L. Barnhart, Bridgeman St, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, cost and taxes, 8 days jail, full restitution to victims; dismissed charges of Misdemeanor Failure to Appear and Criminal Simulation.
Derin C. Brooks, Tank Range Access Rd, Huntingdon, guilty of Reckless Driving, 2 days jail, Cost and taxes, 5/28 supervised probation, Prepay for two drug screens; dismissed: charge of Schedule VI drugs: MFG, DEL, SELL, POSS and Seat Belt Violation.
Stephanie Cox, Spring Creek Rd, Lavinia, guilty of Probation Violation, 90 days jail, cost and taxes, and probation is extended 11/29.
Cody C. Cunningham, Rimmer Rd, Atwood, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, $50 fine, cost and taxes.
Daniel B. Dickerson, Vale-McKenzie Rd, Hollow Rock, guilty of DUI-First Offense and Violation of Financial Responsibility Law, 2 days jail, $450 fine, cost and taxes, 11/27 supervised probation; dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended-2nd or Subsequent Offense, Misdemeanor Implied Consent Law Violation, Seat Belt Law Violation, and Display of Registration Plates.
Ronnie Douglas, Marlboro Rd, Hollow Rock, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine.
Eron Dunagan, Buena Vista Rd, Huntingdon, guilty of Domestic Assault, $100 Fine, cost and taxes, and 11/28 supervised probation.
Bethany N. Hart, Bandy James Rd, Cedar Grove, guilty of Domestic Assault, 10 days jail, 11/19 unsupervised probation, Concurrent with any other sentence, No contact remains in effect, contact may be allowed pursuant to court ordered visitation; dismissed charge of Aggravated Assault.
Charles Hill, Green Allen Springs Rd, Huntingdon, guilty of Criminal Trespass, No sentence listed.
Lucielious R. King III, Ephesus Church Rd, Hollow Rock, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 Fine.
Aubrey C. Kyle, Kyle Road, Huntingdon, guilty of DUI-First Offense and Probation Violation, 48 hours jail, $350 fine, 11/27 supervised probation; dismissed: charge of Financial Responsibility Law Violation.
Robert C. Lange, Westport Rd, Huntingdon, guilty of DUI-Second Offense, $600 fine, cost and taxes, 45 days jail, may receive day for day credit after 45 days for successful completion of long term in-patient rehab, 10/14 supervised probation, and not to drive for 2 years; dismissed: charges of Evading Arrest, Driving While License Revoked, and Speeding.
Brittany Layhew, Homie Drive, Nashville, guilty of Probation Violation, 90 days jail, cost and taxes.
David Myles, Beasley Street, Huntingdon, guilty of Assault-Physical Contact, cost and taxes, 11/29 unsupervised probation.

Chrystal G. Owens, Henry Cemetery Lane, Henry, guilty of Failure to Appear, 30 days jail and cost and taxes.
Stephen G. Rash, Winston Rd, McKenzie, guilty of Public Intoxication, $50 fine, cost and taxes.
Eric R. Robinson, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty of Drivers License To Be Carried and Exhibited, 2 days jail, cost and taxes, 28 days unsupervised probation.
Christopher J. Reynolds, West Railroad St, Trezevant, Theft Up To $1,000, 90 days jail, 8/29 supervised probation, restitution to victim, no contact with victim.
Michelle Ridgeway, State Hwy 114, Hollow Rock, guilty of Contempt of Court, $10 fine, cost and taxes waived.
Joshua L. Snead, Linden Street, McKenzie, guilty of Probation Violation, cost and taxes, 10 days jail, and probation extended to seven months.
Stephen Stigail, S Cedar St, Gleason, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, $250 fine, cost and taxes, no contact with business, full restitution, 11/19 supervised probation, 10 days jail.
Alexis C. Strbac, Hwy 124, McKenzie, guilty of Probation Violation, 30 days jail, cost and taxes.
Paul R. Townsend, Birmingham Rd, McKenzie, guilty of Public Intoxication, $50 fine, cost and taxes.
William E. Townsend, Jr. New Bethel Rd, Cedar Grove, guilty of Domestic Assault, 11/29 unsupervised probation, no contact order remains in place, contact may be allowed pursuant to court order; dismissed: charge of Aggravated Assault.
Houston T. Wilkes, Hwy 114 Hollow Rock, guilty of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, cost and taxes, 11/29 unsupervised probation, and concurrent with circuit court sentence; dismissed: charge of Driving While License Revoked-Second or Subsequent Offense.
Austin Williams, Main Street, Huntingdon, 90 days jail, may get day for day jail credit for successful completion of Long Term Rehab.
The following cases were granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:
Lauren B. Roberts, Hwy 22, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion on Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, cost and taxes, attend alcohol and drug counseling, complete 20 hours community service.
Timothy W. Roig, Hwy 114 South, Hollow Rock, pre-trial diversion on Driving While License Suspended, attend Driving School and get Drivers License reinstated.
The following cases were dismissed:
Derrick L. Brooks Sr, Old Stage Road, Huntingdon, dismissed charges of Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.
Nicholas M. Cavera, Yuma Road, Yuma, Dismissed charge of Possession of Meth with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell.
