HUNTINGDON (October 9-10) — The following cases were adjudicated in Carroll General Sessions Court.

Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Christopher Fisher, Murray Kittrel Rd, Readyville, Tenn., bound over on charges of Meth-300 grams or more, Felony Reckless Endangerment, Evading Arrest, Schedule VI Drugs: MFG, DEL, SELL, POSS, and Speeding.

Savannah Hasher, Beacon Road, Darden, bound over on charges of Schedule II: MFG, DEL, SELL, POSS and Schedule VI: MFG, DEL, SELL, POSS.

Nicholas Snider, Sandhill Dr, Gleason, bound over on charges of Criminal Impersonation and Evading Arrest, Schedule II Drugs: MFG, DEL, SELL, POSS, and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Houston T. Wilkes, Hwy 114, Hollow Rock, bound over on charges of Evading Arrest, Driving While License Revoked-2nd or subsequent offense, Reckless Driving, and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:

Bobby Ballard, Wingo St, Trezevant, guilty of Probation Violation and Domestic Assault, 105 days jail, cost and taxes, 7/14 supervised probation; dismissed: charges of Misdemeanor Failure to Appear and Contempt of Court.

Loretta J. Ballard, Michael Lane, Huntingdon, guilty of Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct, 4 days jail, cost and tax, 5/24 supervised probation; dismissed: charges of Assault-Bodily Injury and Public Intoxication.

Latasha D. Burrough, Yuma Rd, Yuma, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, $100 fine, cost and tax, 11/29 supervised probation; dismissed: charge of Failure to Appear.

John T. Clark, Tara Lane, Huntingdon, guilty of Illegal Taking/Possession/Destruction of Wildlife, no sentence listed.

Terry Cox, South 1st Street, Union City, guilty of Criminal Trespass, $10 fine, cost and tax; dismissed: charge of Misdemeanor Failure to Appear.

Gerrell Edwards, Green Valley Rd, Huntingdon, guilty of Criminal Trespass, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, and Theft Up To $1,000. 90 days jail or be in rehab day for day jail credit for successful completion of inpatient rehab, $150 fine, cost and tax, 8/29 unsupervised probation.

Christie M. Fuzzell, E. Grove Rd, Gleason, guilty of Public Intoxication, $50 fine, cost and tax.

Dalton Hatcher, Mount Carmel Rd, Camden, guilty of Driver’s License to be Carried and Exhibited. 48 hours jail and 28 days unsupervised probation.

Krystal L. Jastrzembski, Red Williams Rd, Huntingdon, guilty of Probation Violation, 11/29 suspended except 90 days, 11/29 supervised probation; dismissed: charge of Misdemeanor Failure to Appear.

Daniel H. Kennedy, Buena Vista Rd, Buena Vista, guilty of Misdemeanor Failure to Appear and Driving While License Suspended-2nd or Subsequent Offense, $50 fine, cost and taxes, 11/29 unsupervised probation.

John D. Mayo, W. Main St, Huntingdon, guilty of domestic assault, cost and tax, 11/29 supervised probation; dismissed: charges of aggravated assault and aggravated kidnapping.

Delmar McGowan, West Van Hook St, Milan, guilty of Driving While License Revoked-2nd or Subsequent Offense, cost and taxes, 11/29 unsupervised probation.

Marquetta Milton, Booker St, McKenzie, guilty of Aggravated Criminal Trespass, no contact with victims, concurrent with present probation; dismissed: charge of Theft Up To $1,000.

Jimmy L. Moore, Michael Lane, Huntingdon, Guilty of Resisting Arrest, cost and tax, 6 months unsupervised probation; dismissed: charges of Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication.

Laura A. Perrigo, Dodd St, Hollow Rock, guilty of DUI-First Offense and Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange. $1,100 fine, cost and taxes, 40 days jail, 10/19 supervised probation, Alcohol and Drug Evaluation; dismissed: charges of probation violation and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Robert L. Rush, Bridgeman St, Huntingdon, guilty of Public Intoxication, serve 30 days or successful completion; dismissed: charges of Public Intoxication and Failure to Appear.

Brian Wainscott, Yeargin Rd, McKenzie, guilty of Probation Violation, 90 days jail may get jail credit for successful completion of Intensive IOP program.

The following case was granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:

Drake Whitmer, Cotton Bay Cove, Covington, pre-trial diversion for Reckless Driving, $350 fine, cost and tax, 6 months supervised probation, and alcohol and drug counseling; dismissed: charge of Misdemeanor Implied Consent Violation.

The following cases were dismissed:

Preston Cooper, Hwy 114, Buena Vista, dismissed charge of Contributing To Delinquency of a Child

Latral Perdue, Green Valley Road, Huntingdon, dismissed charge of Failure To Appear.

Ronald Tharpe, Old McKenzie Road, dismissed charge of Disorderly Conduct.

Krystal Zamora, Cedar St, Bruceton, dismissed charge of Assault-Bodily Injury.
