HUNTINGDON (October 16-17) – The following cases were adjudicated in Carroll General Sessions Court.
Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:
Jermile L. Adams, Saint Paul Church Road, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of Possession of a Weapon-Convicted Felon.
Michael Hilliard, Holcolmb St, Hollow Rock, bound over on Possession of a Weapon-Convicted Felon.
Perry W. Risner, Forrest Circle, McKenzie, bound over on multiple charges of Community Supervision with Criminal Offense and Community Supervision Violation.
The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:
Joseph A. Bolen, Cecil Walls Rd, Yuma, guilty of Probation Violation, Already served in rehab, cost and tax; dismissed: charge of Failure to Appear.
Charles D. Cursey, Tara Lane, Huntingdon, guilty of Probation Violation, cost and tax, 90 days jail, may serve time in jail or rehab – must be successful completion of inpatient rehab, No contact with victim; dismissed charges of Public Intoxication, Domestic Assault, Assault-Bodily Injury, Criminal Trespass, and Violation of Order of Protection/Restraining Order.
James Fail, Bertha Street, McKenzie, guilty of Interference With Emergency Calls-ATT; dismissed: charges of Misdemeanor Failure to Appear, Domestic Assault, and Vandalism Up To $1,000.
Ashley Gurley, Highway 79 Lane, McKenzie, guilty of Assault-Physical Contact, 1 day in jail, credit for time served, 11/28 supervised probation.
Keith W. Haynes, Walnut Ave W, McKenzie, Guilty of Criminal Trespass, $50 fine, Cost and tax.

Jodi L. Kelley, Fairview Church Road, Huntingdon, guilty of Public Intoxication, $50 fine, cost and tax.
Jerry Hilliard, Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, guilty of Probation Violation, 90 days jail, cost and tax.
Aaron R. Luter, Clay Farm Road, Atwood, guilty of Probation Violation, cost and tax, probation revoked.
Andrew T. McDaniel, Keats St, Dyersburg, guilty of Public Intoxication, $50 fine, cost and tax.
Kennon L. Medlock, Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, guilty of Aggravated Criminal Trespass, cost and tax, 6 months supervised probation; dismissed: charge of Aggravated Burglary.
Tilon Milburn, Murphy Tower Rd, Cedar Grove, guilty of Failure To Appear, 30 days in jail concurrent to 90 day sentence.
Kimberly Neely, Broadway, Huntsville, Tenn., Guilty of Probation Violation, cost and tax, probation revoked.
Antonio Owens, Tower Road, Huntingdon, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange and Open Container, $250 Fine; dismissed: charge of Light Law-Motor Vehicle.

Aaron Powell, Collins Rd, Dresden, Criminal Impersonation, $50 fine, cost and tax.
Teresa Scott, Field Street, McKenzie, guilty of Worthless Checks Up To $1,000, Restitution to be paid in full, court cost, 11/29 unsupervised probation.
Michael W. Shackleford, Pleasant Hill Rd, Hollow Rock, Probation Violation, 10 days jail, may be served on consecutive weekends.
Larry D. Taylor, Haynes Street, McKenzie, guilty of Public Intoxication, $50 fine, cost and tax.
Dustin S. Whitfield, Lexington St, Bruceton, guilty of Probation Violation, cost and tax, 90 day, has successfully completed 90 days of inpatient treatment; dismissed: charges of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear.
Thomas L. Tittle, Stigall St, Camden, guilty of Probation Violation, cost and tax, 10 days jail.
Kelly Turnbow, Booker St, McKenzie, guilty of probation violation, cost and tax, probation is revoked.
James Woody, Stanford Hill Lane, Cedar Grove, guilty of DUI-First Offense, 11/29 suspended, 10 days jail, 11/19 supervised probation with SSI, $350 fine, and loss of license for 1 year; dismissed: charges of Felony Reckless Endangerment, Speeding, and Financial Responsibility Law.

Haylee Smith, Essary Road, Lexington, pre-trial diversion for Reckless Driving, $250 fine, cost and tax, 6 months unsupervised probation.
Lester S. Smith, Fesmire Road, Cedar Grove, pre-trial diversion for Assault-Physical Contact, cost and tax waived, no contact or threatening behavior towards victim.
Farrah Stewart, Broad St, Hollow Rock, pre-trial diversion for Theft of Merchandise Up To $1,000, $50 fine on contempt, cost and tax, restitution to business and no contact with business.
Hunter S. White, Cole Circle, Hollow Rock, pre-trial diversion for Domestic Assault, cost and tax, 11/29 supervised probation.
