Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Elizabeth A. Bugg, Hinkledale Road, McKenzie, guilty of Probation Violation, 90 days jail, day for day jail credit for successful completion of long term rehab; dismissed: charge of Misdemeanor Failure to Appear.

Lloyd Sawyer, Robin Ave, Camden, guilty of Failure to Appear, $100 fine, cost and tax, 11/29 unsupervised probation and 10 days jail.
Karen B. Sexton, Elwood Dr, McKenzie, guilty of Driving While License Suspended-2nd or subsequent offense and Failure to Appear, 2 days jail, cost and taxes, 11/27 supervised probation, minimum of 60 days.
Bobbie Joe Walker, Clifford Hicks Road, Camden, guilty of Evading Arrest-Vehicle $100 fine, cost and tax, 11/29 supervised probation, minimum 90 days if paid in full; dismissed: charges of Driving While License Suspended, Speeding, Window Tint Violation, Financial Responsibility Law, and Registration Certificate Must Be Carried.
The following case was granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:
Amber Crider, S. Pine St, Bruceton, pre-trial diversion for Simple Possession Casual Exchange, cost and tax waived, not to use schedule VI drug and A&D assessment.
Jacqualyn Davis, Hunter Ridge, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion for Assault-Bodily injury, cost and tax, no violent contact with victim.
