HUNTINGDON (October 30-31) — The following cases were adjudicated in Carroll General Sessions Court.

Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Giovanni V. Parenti, Stonewall St, McKenzie, bound over on charges of Felony Reckless Endangerment-Vehicle, Evading Arrest, Driving While License Revoked, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia and Speeding.

Tracie Ann Perry, Hwy 69A, Camden, bound over on charge of Criminal Simulation.

Jacob Saulters, Tower Road, Huntingdon, bound over on Theft of Merchandise-Shoplifting, and Burglary-Other than Habitation.

Andrew E. Arnold Jr, White Clay Road, Sharon, guilty of Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 Fine, cost and taxes, 30 days jail, 21 months/45 Days Jail

James Preston Beckner, Oaklawn Way, Bowling Green, Ky, guilty of Vehicles/Streetcars Stop At All Stop Signs, no sentence listed.

Elizabeth A. Bugg, Hinkledale Road, McKenzie, guilty of Probation Violation, 90 days jail, day for day jail credit for successful completion of long term rehab; dismissed: charge of Misdemeanor Failure to Appear.

David R. Christian, Manley St, Paris, guilty of Probation Violation and Failure to Appear, 30 days jail concurrent, probation extended for 4 months.

Kathy D. Hart, Benton St, Huntingdon, guilty of Misdemeanor Failure to Appear, Probation Violation, and Worthless Checks-Up to $500. cost and taxes, probation revoked, 35 months/29 days unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of Probation Violation.

Charles Murray Hill, Richfield Cove, Jackson, guilty of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, Cost and Taxes, 11/29 unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of Display of Registration Plates Violation.

Clinton Dailey Hoard, Randall Street McKenzie, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, cost and taxes, 6 months supervised probation; dismissed: charge of Resisting Arrest.

Benjamin W. Ivy, E. College Street, Bradford, guilty of Probation Violation and Misdemeanor Failure to Appear, 30 days jail, cost and taxes.

James Matthew Netherton, Spring St, Hollow Rock, guilty of Theft of Services -$1,000 or less, $100 fine, cost and tax, restitution to victim, 11/29 supervised probation.

Timothy B Park, McKendree Lane, Huntingdon, guilty of Probation Violation, 30 days jail, cost and tax.

Vanessa Pendlebury, Washington St, Paris, guilty of Theft Up to $1,000, $100 fine, Restitution to victim, no contact with victim, 11/29 unsupervised probation.

Stephanie Isbell Pruett, Highway 70, Huntingdon, guilty of Misdemeanor Reckless Endangerment-Vehicle $350 fine, cost and tax, not to drive in TN for 1 year.

Sandra Rush Hwy 424, Yuma, guilty of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine cost and tax, 11/29 supervised probation.

Lloyd Sawyer, Robin Ave, Camden, guilty of Failure to Appear, $100 fine, cost and tax, 11/29 unsupervised probation and 10 days jail.

Karen B. Sexton, Elwood Dr, McKenzie, guilty of Driving While License Suspended-2nd or subsequent offense and Failure to Appear, 2 days jail, cost and taxes, 11/27 supervised probation, minimum of 60 days.

Bobbie Joe Walker, Clifford Hicks Road, Camden, guilty of Evading Arrest-Vehicle $100 fine, cost and tax, 11/29 supervised probation, minimum 90 days if paid in full; dismissed: charges of Driving While License Suspended, Speeding, Window Tint Violation, Financial Responsibility Law, and Registration Certificate Must Be Carried.

The following case was granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:

Amber Crider, S. Pine St, Bruceton, pre-trial diversion for Simple Possession Casual Exchange, cost and tax waived, not to use schedule VI drug and A&D assessment.

Jacqualyn Davis, Hunter Ridge, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion for Assault-Bodily injury, cost and tax, no violent contact with victim.

The following cases were dismissed:

Lakan Evans, Park St, Paris, dismissed charges of Misdemeanor Failure to Appear, Failure to Appear, and Criminal Impersonation.

Eric Dewayne Milton, Johnson St, Trezevant, dismissed charge of Driving While License Revoked.

Nicole M. Moore, N. Main St. McKenzie, dismissed charge of Driving While License Suspended.
