HUNTINGDON (May 19-20) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on May 19 and 20.
Ten defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.
Brian Daniel Abbott, Carroll Street, Bruceton for bound over for unlawful possession of a weapon.
Jermile Labruce Adams, Saint Paul Church Road, Huntingdon, was bound over on a charge of robbery.
Ryan Balentine, Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, was bound over on charge of meth- manufacture, deliver, sale or possession with intent, schedule I drugs - manufacture, deliver, sale or possession with intent, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia; dismissed, charge of theft.
Bethany Brown, Price Road, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of schedule IV drugs - manufacture, deliver, sale or possession with intent.
Jordan Hartsfield, Jackson Street, Paris, bound over on meth — manufacture, deliver, sale or possession with intent, driving while revoked,, violation of financial responsibility, failure to display of registration.
Tory Alexander McConahire, Michael Lane, Huntingdon, bound over on theft of property; dismissed, reckless endangerment, dismissed, evading arrest, dismissed, driving while revoked.
Eric Dewayne Milton, Johnson Street, Trezevant, bound over on schedule II drugs- cocaine; driving while suspended-second or subsequent offense, bound over for possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful window tint.
Hayden M. Ridley, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, bound over on schedule VI drugs - manufacture, deliver, sale or possession; casual exchange - adult/minor, theft; dismissed, possession of firearm.
Ameshel Jean Teague, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, bound over on schedule VI drugs - manufacture, deliver, sale or possession, possess firearm intent to go armed, unlawful possession of a firearm.
James Yants, 3rd Avenue, Dyersburg, bound over on reckless endangerment, vehicle, evading arrest.

Christopher Dale Frederick, Park Street, McKenzie, guilty of aggravated criminal trespass, no contact with victim, supervised probation for 11/29.
Brandy Hardin, Green Oaks, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI-first offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, 11/29 suspended sentence, not to drive for one year, 11/27 supervised probation; dismissed, implied consent violation.
Danny R. Hardin, Williams Lane, Cedar Grove, guilty, assault- physical contact, $100 fine.
Lamar Jenkins, Camelot Road, Horn Lake, Miss., guilty, simple possession, $250 fine; dismissed, minimum speed regulations, turnouts, passing bays; dismissed, driving unregistered vehicle; dismissed, lack of mud guards on vehicle.
James Kindig, Duke Lane, guilty, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, $250 fine, unsupervised probation for 11/29; dismissed, failure to appear.
Frank James Linde, III, Highway 22, Owenton, Kentucky, guilty, reckless endangerment, $350 fine, 48 hours in jail, 11 months, 27 days unsupervised probation; dismissed, light law violation, speeding, violation of financial responsibility.
Shane Ohara, Broad Street, Trezevant, guilty, speeding, no sentence listed; dismissed, driving while suspended and failure to change address on license.
April Shell, Hopewell Street, Gleason, guilty, criminal trespass, $50 fine, no contact with retail store, unsupervised probation for 30 days.
Tonya Smith, Elaine Street, Atwood, guilty, worthless check, no sentence listed.
