The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on July 13 and 14.

Bound over to the Grand Jury of the Circuit Court were:

Gerald L. Fuzzell, Stonewall Street, McKenzie, bound over on Assault-bodily injury, Allowing Dogs to Run At Large.

Mark Russell, Walnut Street, McKenzie, bound over on Sexual Battery-Attempt, Aggravated Burglary.

Joseph Sellers, bound over on a charge of Driving While Suspended, Evading Arrest.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

Sean Thomas Bolen, Shady Cove, Belmont, Mississippi, guilty of Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sale or Possession with Intent, 60 days jail, 9/29 unsupervised probation, $750 fine; dismissed charges of Fugitive From Justice; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Kristy Gordon, Batey Lane, Bruceton, guilty, Probation Violation, 30 days jail; guilty, Failure to Appear, 30 days jail, 10/29 probation.

Patrick Harris, Buena Vista Road, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, not to drive for one year, probation for 11/29. Dismissed charges of Seat Belt Violation, Failure to Exercise Due Care and Violation of Implied Consent.

Pamela Kay Redden, Puckett Road, Greenfield, guilty, Theft of Merchandise, 11/29 unsupervised probation, no contact with retailer.

Jonathan M. Cole, Turnpike Avenue, Camden, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, 60 days jail, 9 months and 29 days probation. Dismissed - Driving While Suspended, Leaving the Scene of an Accident.

Jeffrey Wayne Harrington, Abbott Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Theft, 90 days jail; dismissed, Registration Violation.

Brianna Howard, Forrest Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search, 20 days jail of six-month sentence, five months and 9 days unsupervised probation.

The following cases were dismissed.

Brittany Marie Ward, Kirk Road, Huntingdon, dismissed, Failure to Appear.

Norman Watne, Paris Street, McKenzie, dismissed, Theft.

Brian Daniel Abbott, Carroll Street, Bruceton, dismissed, Theft.

April Cannon, 3rd Avenue, Huntingdon, dismissed, Violation of Compulsory School Attendance.

Jonathan M. Cole, Turnpike Avenue, Camden, dismissed, Theft of Property.

Michael Cole, Turnpike Avenue, Camden, dismissed, Failure to Appear.

Quantavious D. Smith, Edmondson Pike, Nashville, dismissed, Schedule V Drugs; Evading Arrest.
