Mc Kenzie, TNMcKenzie, Tenn. - Geraldene Capps White, 84, died, Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at Pine Meadows Healthcare Center, Bolivar, Tenn.
Funeral Services for Mrs. White are Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Saturday at 10 a.m. until service time. Internment is at Enon Cemetery.
Mrs. White was born September 10, 1935 in Greenfield to Homer and Edna Jenkins Capps. She was a member of Enon Baptist Church and a retired LPN with Baptist Hospitals. She worked at Baptist Memphis for twenty years and then retired from Baptist Carroll Co. after ten years.
She is survived by a son, James (Jerri) White of Rossville, two sisters Myrna Lamb of Greenfield and Pat (Ray) Sellers of Greenfield, two grandchildren, Jessica (Eric) Palmer and Richard (Amy) Austin and four great-grandchildren Cydee, Cayne, Ethan and Caleb.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, John Bennett White, a daughter, Sherri Austin, a son, Jeffrey Don White and a sister, Betty Stout.
