HUNTINGDON (January 2) — The Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court were busy on the first business day of the new year. Among the indictments were 46 who were charged by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation in Operation Broken Windows that involved the law enforcement departments of Huntingdon, McKenzie, Sheriff’s Department and the Drug Task Force. (See separate story in the January 9 issue of The McKenzie Banner).
