Mc Kenzie, TNHUNTINGDON (June 22) — The Town of Huntingdon Board of Mayor and Council gave second and final reading to the 2021-22 fiscal year budget on Tuesday with no increase in the $1.2487 per $100 assessed value of property taxes. In the Water and Sewer budget, the Council authorized a 3.6 percent increase in rates consistent with the Consumer Price Index. Councilman Kelly Eubanks and Carl Byars voted against the budget.
