Domestic Assault — Patrick Coley Harris, 41, of Huntingdon was charged with domestic assault following a September 15 incident.
According to the report by Officer Brad Allen, he went to a residence on Knox Street and spoke with Kimmeca Harris. Allen noted that she had two cuts on the right side of her face near her jaw. Ms. Harris told Allen she and Mr. Harris had been on Buena Vista Road when they got into an argument. Mrs. Harris said that Mr. Harris took her cell phone and threw it into a field, and then he hit her in the face. After learning Mr. Harris was at a relative’s house on Buena Vista Road, Allen went to that residence and spoke with Mr. Harris, who said Ms. Harris also assaulted him. Allen noted that Mr. Harris did not have any visible marks on him that would indicate being assaulted.
Theft, Trespassing — Roger Hollowell of Cedar Grove was arrested for theft up to $500 and Mark Noah of Huntingdon was arrested for criminal trespassing September 18 at Walmart in Huntingdon.
According to the report by Officer Bradley Roberson, he responded to Walmart and found Hollowell speaking with security personnel outside the store. Hollowell allegedly walked out of the store with two skill saw blades valued at $6.45. A computer check showed Noah, who was with Hollowell at the store, was banned from being on the property due to prior offenses.
