Domestic Assault — Eron L. Dunagan, 38, of Huntingdon was charged with domestic assault following an October 1 incident at his residence.
According to the report by Officer Christopher Cole, he responded to a domestic situation at 1054 Buena Vista Road and spoke with Dunagan’s wife, Julie Dunagan, who told the officer that her husband had slapped her across the left side of her face. Cole observed that Mrs. Dunagan had a large red mark on her face.
Drug Violations — Bradley Wayne Douglas, 51, of Bruceton was charged with unlawful drug paraphernalia and falsifying a drug test during a September 17 traffic stop in Huntingdon.

Officer Labe Ezell reported that he pulled over a black PT Cruiser driven by Douglas because the vehicle’s plate was listed as not being on file. Douglas told Ezell that he had just purchased the vehicle and had just put some tags on it to drive it home, and he showed Ezell the car title to confirm this. Douglas also gave Ezell permission to search his car, and during that search, Ezell found empty syringes and a bottle of synthetic urine.
License Violation — Kathy Ann Harrington, 48, of Huntingdon was cited into court for driving on a suspended license and failure to show proof of insurance during a September 17 traffic stop in Huntingdon.
Officer Labe Ezell reported that he pulled over a blue 2002 Ford Explorer driven by Harrington in the Dollar General parking lot, and a computer check show that Harrington’s driver’s license was suspended. Harrington could not show proof of insurance.
