Criminal Trespass — Trey D. Mitchell, 28, of Camden was charged with criminal trespassing on Oct. 4 in Huntingdon.

According to the report by Sgt. Brad Allen, he responded to a call to a residence on Buena Vista Road regarding a person who was not supposed to be on the property. Upon arrival, Allen found Mitchell at the residence and noted Inv. Joey Hedge had warned Mitchell not to be on the property two days earlier. Mitchell was transported to jail.

Joyriding, Theft — Elizabeth Paige Allred, 23, of Sikeston, Missouri was charged with joyriding and theft of property under $1,000 following a Sept. 29 incident in Huntingdon.

Sgt. Brad Allen reported he responded to Baptist Memorial Hospital-Carroll County regarding a stolen vehicle. Vincent Curatola told Allen that a white female had taken his wife’s car from the hospital parking lot without permission and then brought it back a couple of hours later. Curatola also said that around $40 had been stolen from his wife’s purse. Allen spoke with Allred, who initially said that it was her car and then said it wasn’t her car and then said that God had instructed her to take the car. Allen noted that the vehicle had been unlocked and the keys were in the car when Allred took it. Allred was transported to jail.
