Multiple Drug Charges — Fernado A. Marquez, 21, of Blue Island, Illinois was charged with possession of schedule VI, heroin, Adderall, Xanax, Hydrocodone, Codeine, ecstasy, and Focalin, all with intent, as well as possession of schedule II, drug paraphernalia, and possession of a handgun during the commission of a felony, all during an April 6 traffic stop in Huntingdon.
According to the report by Officer Joseph Hedge, he pulled over a vehicle driven by Marquez with three passengers for speeding on West Main Street. A K-9 unit was called to the scene after Hedge detected the odor of marijuana, and the dog indicated the presence of illegal substances. During a search of the vehicle, officers found substances believed to be marijuana, heroin, Adderall, Xanax, fentanyl, THC wax, codeine, oxycodone, and ecstasy, as well as a 9-millimeter handgun and $12,756 in cash. Marquez stated the drugs belonged to him, as did all three of the passengers.
Drug Possession — Daincameron Hudson I, 42, of Huntingdon was charged with possession of cocaine with intent, possession of methamphetamine with intent, simple possession of schedule VI, and drug paraphernalia on April 8 in Huntingdon.
According to the report by Officer Labe Ezell, he took Hudson into custody because of an outstanding parole violation warrant after finding Hudson and a passenger sitting inside a parked vehicle at Oak Ridge Apartments. During a search of the vehicle, officers found eight baggies containing substances that field-tested positive for cocaine for a total of over 50 grams, 1.1 grams of methamphetamine and three grams of marijuana in separate baggies, and a digital scale. Hudson was transported to jail and his vehicle was impounded.
Public Intoxication —Mary Elizabeth Crews, 45, of Huntingdon was cited for public intoxication on April 8.
Officer Labe Ezell reported that Crews was trying to get into multiple vehicles in the parking lot of Tractor Supply in Huntingdon and that she seemed unsteady on her feet, confused, and disoriented.
Drugs, License Violation — Michelle P. McGee, 21, of Bruceton was charged with simple possession/casual exchange, driving on a suspended license, violation of insurance law, and speeding during an April 11 traffic stop in Huntingdon.
Officer Michael Verner reported he pulled over a vehicle driven by McGee for speeding on High Street, and after smelling marijuana, Verner found a small bag of marijuana in McGee’s possession. A computer check showed McGee’s license to be suspended, and she could not show proof of insurance.
Drugs, Shoplifting —Chaz M. Richmeier, 27, of McKenzie was charged with possession of schedule IV and theft of merchandise under $1,000 by Officer Michael Verner on April 10 at Walmart in Huntingdon.

Verner reported that Richmeier allegedly took three items valued together at $36.06 from Walmart, and Xanax pills were found in his possession.
Simple Assault — Ida Sherrill, 67, of Huntingdon was charged with simple assault on April 10 by Officer Michael Verner after allegedly slapping workers in the face, spitting in a worker’s face, and turning over a medical cart at an assisted living facility on Northwood Drive.
Drugs, License Violation — Michaela R. Jackson, 35, of Jackson was charged with schedule VI drugs, driving on a revoked license, violation of insurance law, and speeding during an April 10 traffic stop in Huntingdon.
Officer Michael Verner reported that he pulled over a vehicle driven by Jackson for speeding on West Main Street, and after smelling marijuana, Verner got Jackson’s permission to conduct a search, during which a small bag of marijuana was found in Jackson’s purse. Jackson was unable to provide proof of insurance, and a computer check showed that her license was revoked.
License Violation — Glen Ray Goodrum, 59, of Huntingdon was charged with driving on a revoked license and violation of insurance law by Officer Brad Allen during an April 10 traffic stop on East Main Street in Huntingdon.
Leaving the Scene —Michael L. Sharp, 41, of Huntingdon was cited for leaving the scene of an accident by Officer Ethan Parham on April 9 after allegedly hitting a vehicle in the parking lot of Huntingdon Wine and Liquor and then driving away.
License Violation — Chad Lee Maceri, 50, of Huntingdon was charged with driving on a suspended license, misuse of registration, and violation of financial responsibility by Officer Aaron Patton after being involved in an April 10 traffic accident on Highway 22 North.
Theft — Ausie W. Welch, 47, of Huntingdon was charged with theft of property under $1,000 by Officer Aaron Patton on April 10 after he allegedly stole a spray nozzle from a garden hose valued at $10 from K & J Smoke Shack in Huntingdon.
License Violation —Junior William Anderson Miller, 24, of Martin was charged with driving on a suspended license, violation of insurance law, and speeding by Officer Aaron Patton during an April 10 traffic stop on Highway 22 South.
Drugs, License Violation — Robert Anthony Hicks, 34, of Cedar Grove was charged with simple possession/casual exchange, drug paraphernalia, and driving on a suspended license, and Penny L. Allen, 27, of Bruceton was charged with simple possession/casual exchange by Officer Joseph Hedge during an April 3 traffic stop of a vehicle driven by Hicks with Allen as a passenger in Huntingdon.
