Shoplifting — An arrest warrant for theft of merchandise was recently issued against Justin Wheeler (age and address not provided) for allegedly stealing an item from Walmart in Huntingdon.

Officer Labe Ezell reported that on June 22 Wheeler was caught on surveillance video taking a radar detector valued at $131.57 out of its packaging, concealing it on his person, and leaving the store without paying for this item. Restitution is due to Walmart.

Sex Offender Registry Violation — An arrest warrant for violation of the Sex Offender Registry (SOR) was recently issued against Maria Hollingsworth (age and address not provided).

Officer Christopher Cole reported on July 11 Hollingsworth, who is a registered sex offender, had failed to make her quarterly report to the SOR, and further investigation revealed she had not reported since March of 2019. Cole also discovered Hollingsworth has moved without reporting the change of address to local authorities.

Sex Offender Registry Violation — An arrest warrant for violation of the Sex Offender Registry (SOR) was recently issued against Howard Corder (age and address not provided).

Officer Christopher Cole reported on July 9 he discovered that Corder, who is a registered sex offender, had failed to make his quarterly report to the SOR. Cole also found that Corder had been arrested on June 12 and spent some time in the Carroll County Jail before being released on June 16, but Corder did not report being released from jail.
