Report of Domestic Assault and Public Intoxication — On June 29, 2024, at approximately 2:14 a.m., Officer Adam Avalon responded to a call at 203 Mebanewood Drive. The victim reported that her fiancé, Cody Larrabee, was yelling at her and acting violently, possibly after consuming mushroom gummies. She informed Officer Avalon that Larrabee had broken a window and was outside the front door.
Upon arrival, the victim came out to meet Officer Avalon and told him Larrabee was in the bedroom. Inside the house, Larrabee was found acting irrationally and yelling. He rushed past Officer Avalon into the front yard, ignoring commands to stop. Officer Avalon deployed a taser several times to subdue Larrabee. After gaining control, Larrabee was handcuffed and shackled. EMS was dispatched but could not treat or examine Larrabee due to his incoherence and screaming.
Larrabee was transported by Sgt. King to Baptist Memorial ER in Huntingdon. Due to his mental state, level of intoxication, and uncontrollable yelling, ER personnel refused to examine him. He was then transported to Carroll County Jail, where he was booked and charged with domestic assault and public intoxication.

At the time of the report, the matter was still under investigation.
