Mc Kenzie, TNHUNTINGDON — Mr. James Ray Reed, 65, of New Johnsonville, formerly of Huntingdon, Tennessee died Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, May 2, 2020 in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Bro. Larry Joe Ivy officiated the service. Interment followed in Barr Springs Cemetery.
Mr. Reed was born November 13, 1954 in Huntingdon, Tennessee to the late Alton Reed and Oma Lee “McCay” Reed. He worked for Gaines Furniture in the office. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Terry Kenneth Reed.
He is survived by daughters, Jamie Ivy (Larry) of Buena Vista, Jessica Glosson (Jamie) of Yuma, one son, Josh Reed and one brother, Gary Reed, both of Huntingdon. He also leaves ten grandchildren. Chase Funeral Home.
