HUNTINGDON — Mr. James “Stine” Frank Edgin, 72, of Huntingdon died Thursday, November 7, 2019 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services are Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Hickory Flat Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Friday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 10:00 PM until time of service.

Mr. Edgin was born July 31, 1947 in Tennessee, to the late Edward Edgin and Eva Blankenship Edgin. He was a Machinist for A. O. Smith and an Army Vietnam Veteran. He was also preceded in death by two grandchildren; Chad Rodgers, Jared Rodgers and one brother; Joe Edgin.

He is survived by one daughter, Tina Peevyhouse (Tommy) of Huntingdon, one son, Jimmy Edgin (Cherie), and one sister, Betty McMinn (Prentice) both of Cedar Grove. He also leaves three grandchildren.
