McKENZIE, Tenn. — McKENZIE — Funeral services for Jane Pratt are Sunday, August 29, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday at 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. until service time. Interment is at Republican Grove Cemetery, Trezevant.
Pallbearers to serve are Jonathan Wheat, Nick Riggs, Austin Pratt, James Stephens, Matt Massey and Mickey Blasingame. Honorary pallbearers are Mark Gaskins, Ray Bevis and James King.
Mrs. Pratt, 81, died Saturday, August 21, 2021 at The Waters of McKenzie. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church and a retired cake baker.
She was born on November 2, 1939 in Trezevant to Brown and Estelle Cantrell Foster.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 51 years, Sherrill Pratt.
She is survived by her daughters, Ginger (Billy) Phifer and Becky (Randy) Tanaka, a son, Brian (Jennifer) Pratt, all of McKenzie, a sister, Faye Gaskins, her nephew, Mark Gaskins and twelve grandchildren, Janna Pratt, Savannah Pratt, Austin Pratt, Autumn (James Stephens) Pratt, Jonathan (Heather) Wheat, Samantha (Matt) Massey, Kaitlin (Ben) Hargett, Celinas Phifer, Nick Riggs, Ashley (Mickey) Blasingame, Adam (Kelsey Thomas) Tanaka and Erin (Michael) Fritz and thirteen great-grandchildren, Sadie Goff, Bryant Ward, Marlee Wheat, McCoy Wheat, Mattis Jude Blasingame, Alivia Poff, Braylee Black, Carlie Black, Hollis Blasingame, Haven Blasingame, Hadley Jones, Sean Fritz and Rebecca Fritz and a special friend Cecil Reaves.
