Mc Kenzie, TNLEACH COMMUNITY — Mr. Jr. Hedge, 77, of Leach Community, Carroll County, died Monday, January 6, 2020 at his home.
Funeral services were Thursday, January 9, 2020 in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home. Interment was in Hickory Flat Cemetery.
Mr. Hedge was born October 11, 1942 in Henderson County to the late George Hedge and Helen Excel Hedge. He was preceded in death by his brother Johnny Hedge and grandson Luke York.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Karen Hedge, daughter, Kim (Patrick) Watson of Lexington, two sisters, Shirley O’Bryan of Cedar Grove, and Brenda Swafford of Henderson County, one brother, Gary (Jeanette) Hedge of Cedar Grove, his granddaughter, Meagan (Dan) Hill, mother-in-law, Mary Jane Klinzing.
